There are 3 stairs to enter the apartment.
The apartment is in typical Tuscan style with beams and joists. Holds 1 large master bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 kitchenette with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, smoother and small little lounge with flat LED TV and sofa bed. In both bedroom and lounge air conditioning is available. Internet WI-FI connection is free and available together with washing machine.

Lovely place in downtown Florence

It is a very nice home in a wonderful location. The home was large, with a well furnished kitchen, nice bathroom, very comfortable bed and pleasant living/sitting area.

Our stay in Florence Italy was wonderful. The apartment was very cozy. The location is perfect. It is very close and easily walkable to all the attractions, restaurants, and stores for essential needs. The communications with the host is great. Great location, quiet, well appointed, and good bed

The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all cutlery and utensils you could want. It even had a blender and toaster which is more North American. Grocery store two blocks away at local not tourist prices. And excellent restaurants and pubs nearby. While it has a lot of late night action close by by the thick walled building kept the sound out so much we slept in!

A quiet gem in a busy city

This was a new location for us to stay in the city. We have stayed in Florence more than a dozen times. It is well positioned between the Duomo and Santa Croce with a grocery store and plenty of wonderful restaurants around the corner. Exactly as described.

We enjoyed staying at this 15th century property for our two-week stay. Comfy bed, updated kitchen, very quiet and insulated from any street noise. It was perfect for a couple on vacay in Florence. We were softly greeted in the mornings by the bells of the Duomo. All went 5-stars until the last two mornings with no hot water in the shower - just like in the 15th century... Advised the owner through VRBO text but never got any response to fix the issue before we departed. Otherwise a 5-star experience.

Wonderful Florence Home

The home was perfect for my wife and I to stay in on our honeymoon! The location was so amazing being walking distance from basically every single tourist destination in Florence and specifically very close to the main cathedral. The home was well stocked and very clean. The 2-in-1 washer/dryer was very convenient for laundry as Florence was only the first leg of our trip.

Fantastic 6 day stay

This location could not be better for walking through all of Florence. That includes groceries, cafe and wine window 100m away to the pizza, Italian restaurant and outdoor beer square just across the street. So many museums, churches and historic sites so close by as well (including Day trips and local tours on bike and golf cart). Great communication from our hosts on check in and out. A week in Florence

Great location in Florence

The apartment was charming and clean! The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great as it was very hot in July. It was centrally located to the leather markets, restaurants, train station, and other attractions. I would absolutely stay there again. It was also great to have a washer and dryer. Would have liked a few more towels and toilet paper. The bathroom was a little tight but an overall great experience.

Beautiful Stay

Thanks so much for the beautiful stay in Florence! The hosts were very helpful and attentive with all communication prior to and during our stay. The apartment is so spacious and convenient to the Duomo and so many great restaurants and locations. The check in process was wonderful, easy, and convenient. The hosts left us a wonderful welcome present and there was nothing we were left wanting. Will absolutely be recommending this place to friends and family who will be staying in Florence in the future!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I were looking as an investment a flat which was in the heart of Florence, in an ancient building and we fell in love with the beams and joists of this flat which are thypical of the Florentine style. This is also the reason why we tried to give Sant' Egidio a warm touch mantaining a very relaxing atmosphere.
