This lovely upper level of a home was just completely remodeled with tile through out and has a relaxing covered porch. About 200 steps to the beach, this lovely 2BR/2BA property sleeps 6 people. Convenient to loads of shops ad restaurants, it's also a great value, short walk to the beach, and has parking just steps from your door.

You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, Destin's Hard Rock Cafe, Rave Motion Pictures, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin. Located in Miramar Beach, you can get your shop on at the Silver Sands Outlets, located a short 2.5 miles away. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. Short walk to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is a short walk to the beach and very close to several restaurants. We loved that we had access to an outdoor shower to rinse off before going into the house after the beach. The house overall was nice. There were a few issues that we had, but were solved quickly. Tiffany was very easy to communicate with.

Great location and close to the beach

Property was great. It was clean, organized and safe. Short walk to the beach, everything we could have hoped for. Would definitely recommend to others, as it is in my group’s ‘return in the future’ list.

Driftwood Road

We had the best time! Communication was easy and I received prompt responses to any questions. The location is perfect! We were only a few minutes walk away from the public beach access and didn’t have to worry about finding parking. We would definitely stay here again. The downstairs neighbor was also super sweet and helpful!

A gulf GEM!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this property! Tiffany was wonderful to communicate with. There is plenty of room, comfy beds, a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, and best of all, literally 1-2 min walk from the beach! Things happen. And when our dryer went out, as they do, the very kind maintenance gentleman was there within the hour with fresh towels, and the brand new dryer the very next morning. I was so impressed! We would absolutely stay here again, and if you need a close, cozy, spot to the beach for an amazing price....this is it!

Beach and Fishing

Decided very last minute to travel to Destin area for R&R. Needed a place close to the beach and able to park my trailer with my fishing kayak. This place was it! Amble parking. Very short walk to beach. Just what the doctor ordered!

Great peoperty with nice amenities close to beach

This is the second time we have stayed at this property (last time, we stayed downstairs). Its close to the beach, laid back, and nice. Really love the upgraded showers and applicances, including a built-in ice maker so we never ran out of ice! The washer and drier, fridge, and dishwasher were great, too. We definitely plan on coming back here year after year. Thanks, Tiffany!

Good Experience

We started later than a normal trip would,by arriving close to midnight. The app was having a few issues so it took a moment for the access code which I received via text. The place was what appeared to be clean, but we found a cookie in the pullout bed. We told the owner the following morning and she offered new sheets that didn't fit. Location was great, parking was easy, and the balcony was a great secluded addition.

Destin Trip on a Budget

The property is in a perfect location and we felt safe. The property is divided into 4 units (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs). Furniture is dated. Appliances were newer and clean. Unit was orderly, but if you looked in corners and under things, additional cleaning was needed. Communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant.

Great location and spacious.

Location: 10min walk to the beach is awesome. Supermarkets and restaurants are within 10min drive, and shopping is maybe 12min drive. This unit is a bit larger than many apartments I looked at and the space makes it more comfortable for a family. There was a separate built-in ice maker in our unit which everyone appreciated. Hanging space in our unit was limited to the back bedroom only as the master closet is locked for the owner. Bathrooms are nice, especially the showers, but could use more hooks for towels. Beds are large and comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and the grills work.

The place was lovely!

We came as a group of 6 and two infants. The space well accommodated all of us. We we right off the beach in a prime location. Bathrooms were newly remodeled and gorgeous. Tiffany was fantastic in answering any questions and communicating. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this listing!

Great location for quick getaway

This was a nicely renovated property close to the beach. We had two main issues during our stay, one of which was quickly resolved. The washing machine did not work and had to be replaced. Upon notification, it was resolved very quickly by the manager, Tiffany. The other issue was the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work and we had to buy ice for the entire trip. It was a warranty issue and was being worked during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. We used the provided BBQ grills to grill one night and it was really nice. I was not a fan of the TV cable situation. TVs had to use Apps, Roku, or Firesticks. I had to stream from my phone in order to watch ESPN because it would not allow otherwise.
