You will have a covered parking (car park VINCI - South Station) located 150m.
A 3-minute walk from Place Clemenceau and the Grande Plage.
All Biarritz walk (covered market, swimming pool, shop, restaurant, casino, bar, ...). A bus stop 50m will allow easy access to the beaches of Anglet or any other destination.

This accommodation for 5 people includes 2 bedrooms isolated from the living room:

- one with sleeping 140 X 190 and dresser with drawer
- the other duplex loft with two beds in 140 X 190 and 90 X 190 with closet and wardrobe.
- cupboard at the entrance and a storage cabinet

The living room includes a kitchen (with fridge / freezer, cooking rings, microwave / oven, coffee maker, toaster) open on a TV corner with 2 sofas.

The bathroom is equipped (bath, hairdryer, straighteners, washer / dryer, ironing)
The toilet is separated.
