Overall the stay was a fantastic! The place was exactly what we needed for our family. It was close to the beach and the pool and shopping/restaurants. The only bad thing was the trash area was littered with trash and bugs. When you opened the door to take out the trash, you got hit with smell and flies.

Very nice rental unit

Close to the pool, beach, golf, dinning and very easy access to the island loop highway. The unit is roomy and the bedrooms are spacious.

Great place to relax

My family of 6 stayed here for vacation. The property was spacious, clean, and quiet. We were a short bike ride to the beach. Parking was adequate. We loved coming back from the beach to sit on the back porch and watch the golfers finishing up for the day. Close to great shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Our big family had a wonderful stay and this comfortable spacious home! The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots, pans, utensils, crockpot everything you can think of! Plenty of towels for all of us, really nice to have plenty. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean! I definitely would stay again!!

winter weekend getaway!

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and it does not dissappoint! It is very spacious and allows everyone to have their own space. The golf course views are excellent! The unit had some renovations done since we were there last year, and it was really nice. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Peaceful

Our first time to Hilton Head and we loved it. Our villa was very comfortable and loved having 3 bathrooms. We enjoyed being on a golf course and loved that we could have shade sitting on the deck at all times of the day. Pool was great and we loved having pickleball and the general store. I hope to return!

This house needs a lot of updating. It was just okay for what we needed it for. The house was not as clean as we had hoped. There were also a lot of bugs throughout the house.

Great location

Was a great condo and location. The only problem we had was the WiFi code provided was incorrect and it took two attempts by repair crew to get the correct code. The tv wasn’t working until Hargrave came and fixed it on the last day we were there. We kept busy during the daytime but wanted to watch TV at night. There was no directions for operating the tv’s or we may have been able to get service sooner but it wouldn’t have helped with the wrong password given for the WiFi.

Great location with good amenities

The unit is nice, though the decor is busy and there are a lot of nicknacks. There is ample space and it is well stocked with anything you need to cook. There were plenty of linens and consumable items (soap, laundry, paper towels) location is perfect for all ages to find something to do. Even on a holiday weekend it didn’t seem like we waited anywhere very long. The check in was HORRENDOUS: the after hours lock box wasn’t working. 4 guests all standing around on hold for 30+ minutes to gain access to their checking materials. When we finally got out items we had to go to yet another place to pick up passes to park. Finally get to the unit to discover Vacasa company hasn’t sent the door code...called (38 minutes on hold while sitting at the front porch in out car) they said it was in an email or at the pass office.... back to the pass office, open 5 emails and every tab of the app- pass office confirms I don’t have the code. Guess what? Neither do they. Back on hold 20 minutes....finally the security guard gets a hold of someone at Vacasa and asks them to call me- nearly 3 hours after arriving we got into the unit. Seriously I would happily stay at the unit but I’ll never book anywhere that is mangers by this company. Unit draw backs: the guest book and Vacasa directions are different for trash, shower, check out... Outside shower doesn’t work, even if it did the trash cans block it. Trash wasn’t removed from space from prior tenants. Outside fan is dangerously loose and noisy- We just kept it off. No beach gear...none. (Chairs, towels, umbrella?) It’s a safe area, good access to restaurants, shopping and recreation.

Roaches in kitchen

Bugs, bugs, bugs. The roaches were 1/4 inch and up to 1 inch long. They were in and around the dishwasher. They migrated into the kitchen area and even across the living room floor once. We reported it several times, sprayed daily, and Orkin came twice, but it did not get rid of the bugs for the 2+ weeks that we were there. We saw bugs every day. We hoped it would get better after Orkin, but it only improved slightly. The dishwasher needs to be pulled out and cleaned behind and inside and probably holes need to be plugged under the sink to get rid of the bugs. It was bad. We left no food or garbage out, made sure the sink was clean and did not leave clean or dirty dishes in dishwasher. There were still bugs everyday. The location and proximity to the beach, pool, and bicycle rental were perfect. The home size is great and the kitchen had every cooking utensil needed. It needs cleaning as evidenced by dead bugs in the bathroom exhaust fans, mildew in the cupboards, the dishwasher is grungy, throw rugs were soiled as was the stairway carpeting. The fireplace was in the process of being repaired, evidently from storm damage, but that did not affect our stay at all. Lorna, the site manager, was helpful. If it weren’t for the bugs, I would have given the place a four star.

Thanks for a great property

We really enjoyed our stay last week at this property. The beach was less than a 10 minute walk while the closest pool was less than 2 minutes. The condo is lovely and well maintained. It had everything we could have dreamed of and a wonderful price point. The kitchen is fully stocked and there was so much space to really relax and connect as a family. Thank you!

Great stay!

This was such a great place to stay on Hilton Head! Plenty of room, very clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. There were only a few "cons" that I share just because you probably want to fix them...small, but notable. The redone showers were GREAT! But, the shower curtain liner in the 2nd upstairs bath was pretty moldy and definitely either needs cleaned or replaced. One of the towel rods in the master bath was coming off of the wall, the rod kept falling out. The light was not working in the master closet. The master was super comfortable! It could use some updated lighting (it was really dark in there) and window coverings. There was no way to close the curtains/shades at night to keep out the light, and no way to open them during the day to let it in. A little updating would go a long way. The "folding" door downstairs that blocks the bathroom from the hallway would not stay on the track. Lastly, although the handle lock was secure, the bolt on the front door does not work. These are all fairly minor items, that could be easily fixed. We would, however, definitely stay here again. The villa was so roomy, the kitchen had plenty of space and counters. The kitchen was also extremely well equipped, lots of applicances, cookware, silverware, and dishes. We loved it!

Great Place to Stay!

Great location! Neighbors were great. Super close to the pool, exactly a 7 minute walk to the beach. The house was clean and had a lot more kitchen supplies than mentioned. Loved the quiet nights on the patio.
