The location provides easy access to everything Ouray/Ridgway/Telluride have to offer. Ouray has many shops, galleries, and restaurants. Don't miss the Ouray Hot Springs Pool!

Three en suite bedrooms are set up perfectly for you to unpack and enjoy your own private space.

Master bedroom: king bed located upstairs.

Bedroom #2: 2 sets of bunkbeds located upstairs

Bedroom #3: Queen bed located on the first floor walk-in level

Sleeper sofa: Queen sleeper sofa located in the main living area on the second floor.


The living/dining/kitchen is appointed perfectly for you and your friends to gather during your stay. The modern kitchen is finished with stainless steel appliances and equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. Light the fireplace and gather around the dining room table that easily fits 8-10 people. There is also a large TV located in the living room area. Cable and WIFI are provided for your convenience.


Unfortunately we do not allow pets. Any evidence of animals will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Guest will have access to the one car attached garage.

Great stay with our toddler who loved going up and down the stairs. Very quiet even being close to the road. Parking can be a smidge hard if busy or you have a larger vehicle but don’t let that deter you. Gas station and convenience store is right across the street and a good restaurant is within walking distance if that’s your thing. Perfect for cooking etc. there was space for us, our toddler and another couple. Plus none of us woke each other with how the house is set up (a huge plus for me).

The location was good for the area. Walking distance to Spa and a little further to town. The size was as represented and we did enjoy the kitchen, dining, and gathering area a lot.The downsides, we came at a time when the overall property was undergoing maintenance. We were asked each morning to move our cars out of the way by about 8:45. Not a big issue, but I had not seen it before. The beds were not very comfortable. Our group didn't sleep very well. This is a three level property and the thermostat worked well for the main level, but the upstairs was warm and the downstairs bedrooms very cold. We had continual problems with a couple of the toilets. One in particular needed to be plunged after almost every use.All in all not a bad place, but for the price we paid, we expected a little higher quality in the kitchen and sleeping areas. If we come to Ouray again, we would probably look for other options, but also would stay there again if we didn't see good options.

Family wedding

We stayed here for our son’s wedding in Ouray. Sara answered my email quickly in order to get an earlier check in. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room in the living area for 8 adults. The beds were comfortable as well. It is within walking of the town of Ouray. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our trip to Ouray and this house was perfect! It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities our family needed. Just a short distance into downtown Ouray and the kids loved the convenience store across the street! Online description was 100% accurate, highly recommend!!

Beautiful Ouray

This was a good home base for our visit. Every room has its own bathroom so we had our own little space but then we could all be together in the main room and kitchen. It was very comfortable and perfect for our trip.

Pictures don’t do justice to this property. It’s huge, it has everything you need in the kitchen, the beds are really confortable, the layout is great. It’s the perfect place in Ouray!
