19th century farmhouse on a large green plot 50 m from the Odet. A house is composed of a living room, kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms. A second house accommodates four other bedrooms and two bathrooms. A converted barn accommodates a bedroom with shower and a games or reception room. Adjoining terrace for lunch outside in fine weather. Absolute calm. Large terrace with jacuzzi and brazier.
Ping pong, boules, immediate access to the Odet. Golf at 1km.
Quimper at 5km and the beaches of Sainte-Marine and Ile Tudy at 12km.

Une très belle propriété en Bretagne.

Nous avons séjourné à 10 en famille. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse de Georges et Sandrine Even. La maison est très agréable et très bien agencée. Le très grand terrain permet aux enfants de ne pas être enfermés. Enfin, la maison est très bien située entre la mer, la campagne et Quimper.
