Large living room, dining table for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen central island for 4 people, TV x 2, wifi. Near the golf courses ... all the necessary comfort for 8 people, a 160x200 bed for the downstairs bedroom, 140x190 beds in the upstairs bedrooms. Quiet and residential area.
Sheets and towels provided. Senseo and nespresso coffee makers, kettle ... Garden furniture for 8 people to eat outside, garden furniture for relaxing too (armchairs ...).

Nous avons passé de super vacances en famille et avons pleinement profité de la maison qui offre de très belles prestations tant en interieur qu en exterieur. La situation est parfaite pour qui aime le calme tout en étant à proximité des plages et du centre!

Ein modernes, schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus in bester Lage

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus in einer ruhigen, sehr schön angelegten Wohngegend mit Einfamilienhäusern. Es ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der großzügige Wohnraum mit eleganter, gut ausgestatteter offener Küche, die Schlafräume und Bäder lassen keine Wünsche offen . Garten und Terrasse sind sehr schön gestaltet und bestens mit den vorhandenen Gartenmöbeln nutzbar. Technisch (Waschmaschine, Trockner. WLAN etc.) ist das Haus mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das elektrische Einfahrtstor erlaubt es, das Auto auf dem Grundstück abzustellen. Ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind in nur 7 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Strand oder Hafen sind zu Fuß in ca. 25 min bequem zu erreichen. Benodet ist ein gut gelegener Ort, um die Süd-Bretagne per Auto, Schiff und Fahrrad zu entdecken.

Maison calme, moderne et fonctionnelle.

Une location moderne et fonctionnelle, très bien située pour découvrir le sud Finistère. Dans un coin résidentiel très calme, cette location est une maison claire, très fonctionnelle. On peut aller à la plage ou au marché à pieds. Grande pièce à vivre parfaite pour la convivialité avec terrasse et jardin. Parfaite pour rassemblements familiaux ou amicaux.
