Villa "Casa de los verdes" in Puerto del Carmen, south facing, located on the top row of the complex, second villa from the east, private heated pool (20m2), large terrace with garden furniture, table and chairs, umbrella, deck chairs and barbecue, sea and mountain views, two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), each with its own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven), laundry room with washing machine, elegantly furnished villa, air-conditioned tokens, WIFI - internet, flat screen TV (many channels, sports and movies), bluetooth hi-fi, central location, the beach, restaurants and the old town are only at 10 minutes walking. Final cleaning, towels and pool and bed sheets are included in the price. The villa is located in a secure complex (gate code and surveillance camera).

Lovely, spacious 2 bedroom bungalow with good size pool and patio area was great. Everything had been thought of in the villa with the kitchen extremely well equipped - best we’ve had and we’ve stayed in various villas in the resort. Decor was lovely, again probably one of the best. Can’t fault it and we’d definitely stay again and recommend. Very fast communication regarding the booking. Area was quiet, around 15 mins walk to the sea front.

Everything you could need

We have just finished our week here and it has been amazing. Everything you could possibly need is at the bungalow and it’s only a short walk to the beach. All the staff we met were friendly and observed social distancing. Can’t recommend this place enough

We have just spent a lovely 2 weeks here. Great communication with both Annie and the agent whilst there. Everything you could ask for, recently refurbished, comfortable, good location for both harbour and town plus great views. And having the heated pool was a bonus. One of the best in the row I'm sure. Thank you!

Lovely and superb

The best place we have stayed in in Lanzarote (and we have stayed in quite a few). Smooth organisation by Annie & Alain (thank you both); excellent level of equipment from plates and cups and WiFi to the full Sky package first time ever hubby has not had to go to the pub to watch his beloved football! We just loved this bungalow and will definitely be back! Thank you

Newly refurbished kitchen bedrooms and bath rooms. Spacious and clean apartment. All amenities tv air-conditioning dishwasher etc. Good views yet secluded and quite Good location for shops and restaurants. Lanzerote 4 u who look after property are easy to contact and efficient.

Just stayed for a week at this villa, I would definitely stay again. Spotless and very well equipped. excellent view. modern furnishing, its a lot bigger than it looks on the photos. Heated pool which was lovely. Thanks to the host for the wine and some essential food stuff on our arrival. will be looking at booking again next year.

Superb

Stayed in this villa for one week in February and can’t fault it at all, we go to Lanzarote twice a year and this is the best two bedroom villa we have stayed in. Everything you need for a self catering break is accommodated for, the pool was an ok size and warm especially for February Nice 10 min stroll down to the strip if required but would recommend a taxi back as all uphill (only 4 euros) car hire recommended but not essential as a couple of supermarkets within a five minute walk. Will definitely be back. Norrie

Fabulous Property and Location

We had an amazing time. Pictures do not do it justice....much better in real life. Pool cleaned regularly and towels changed. TV worked as did everything in the bungalow. Can't wait to return. Felt very secure and the grounds are immaculate. Thanks Jacinta

Schönes Objekt, lässt nichts vermissen

Toller Pool und Blick aufs Meer. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand und an der großen Promenade. Zurück geht es dann leider die ganze Zeit bergauf, ist aber für jeden, der laufen kann zu schaffen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

a lovely villa set on a very lovely gated complex. Ten minute walk to the beach and front.

A lovely villa that includes everything you could want even down to the finite things such as electric adapters. It feels more like a home rather than a holiday let. Having stayed in this complex many times this is one of our favourites as the veranda area is spacious with sun awnings to ensure you have breakfast and meals inthe shade. Pool was warm and well kept. Absolutely loved our stay here and will be booking again.
