Located between Antibes and Cannes 500 m from the sandy beaches and the exflora park. Close to all amenities: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, pizza truck ... accessible by bus (n ° 200) from Nice airport, Antibes or Cannes train station. Collective parking nearby. free from January to December. Price / night: 45 Euro (s) except the months of June to September: 65 Euro (s) / night. 280 euros per week except from June to September 430 euros / rental possibility for students from September to June: 650 euros per month all inclusive.

Très passable

logement pas propre, salle de bain avec une paroi de douche manquante, lavabo décelé du mur (donc écoulement d'eau difficile) une lumière ne fonctionnait pas, ustensiles de cuisine manquants et état des casseroles et poêles inutilisables, , une prise de courant n'était pas alimentée, literie très inconfortable (matelas tout fin sur un sommier métallique dont les attaches ne vont pas tarder à céder. Points positifs terrasse grande et agréable, copropriété calme

Nous avons passés un super séjour, le propriétaire est très gentil et toujours disponible en cas de questions. Location à 10min de Cannes et 20min de Nice.
