Located in a quiet environment 3 km from the various beaches of Fouesnant Beg Meil (Cleut Rouz, Cap Coz- Bot Conan plage des dunes, Kerambigorn ...) and 5 minutes from the town, this house includes:
- 2 living rooms, 1 dining room and equipped kitchen
- 5 bedrooms (1 with a sofa bed for 2 people, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 and 1 bedroom with 3 beds of 90 - cot available on request), 1 bathroom and 1 bathroom shower.

Ideal for practicing all nautical activities with children (Fouesnant nautical center, sea kayaking, paddle, sailing ...), many walks or bike rides, 2 18-hole golf courses, many tourist sites nearby (Quimper, Concarneau , the tip of the Torch, the Glénans islands, ascent of the Odet river by boat ...)
