About this property

You have a large family or you go with friends, our house is perfect to accommodate up to 8 people. A large living room of 70 m² will allow you to get together. You want a seaside holiday, you want to discover southern Brittany, our main residence, equipped with all modern comforts, will suit you. A large landscaped garden of 1,700 m² surrounds it. Your children will find table tennis and trampoline there. You are 2 km from the beach, 3 km from Bénodet and the Mousterlin marshes. Followers of walking and beautiful walks, the coastal path is 1 km away (many hiking maps available). Many parties enliven the summer evenings (Vieilles Charrues festival and Interceltique festival in Lorient less than an hour away). Close visits: Quimper, Odet, Concarneau, Glénans Archipelago, etc ... the choice is yours. The large 100 m² terrace will allow you to taste the charms of the outdoors.
New for 2017: linens (beds and towels) are provided and beds will be made upon arrival.

Très belle location!

Nous avons passés 3 super semaines en aout avec nos 2 enfants (3 et 6 ans). La maison est grande, lumineuse, très propre, très calme, fonctionnelle… bref, vraiment agréable, un régal!… Nous avons été très sympathiquement accueillis par Guillaume, qui nous a fait même offert une belle corbeille de produits locaux. Toutes les plus jolies plages du coin sont accessibles en moins de 15minutes de voiture… Un parfait pied à terre pour découvrir la région! Les enfants se sont aussi régalés avec la salle de jeu et les nombreux jouets laissés a disposition et ils ont également bien profité du jardin et du trampoline. Bref, 3 semaines de bonheur, nous vous recommandons vivement cette charmante maison!

Super séjour en Bretagne

D'une propreté impeccable, la maison est spacieuse, moderne, bien équipée et très confortable. Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille, à 8, tout le monde a bien apprécié. Dans une impasse calme, avec un grand jardin et un barbecue. Point de départ idéal pour découvrir la région, à recommander !

Toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wir haben mit 8 Personen zwei Wochen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht, und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt! Helles, modern und freundlich eingerichtetes Haus, gut ausgestattet, wunderschöner Garten, perfekt. Die Lage ist auch gut - man braucht halt ein Auto, aber das ist in der Region ja überall so. Man erreicht aber in wenigen Minuten nette kleine Städte, auch in Quimper oder Concarneau ist man in einer guten halben Stunde. Der Strand ist ungefähr eine halbe Stunde Fußmarsch entfernt ( schön zu laufen, sollte man mindestens einmal gemacht haben) mit dem Auto sind es 5 Minuten. Leckere Pizza gibt es direkt an der Straßenecke! Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt an einer sonst perfekten Unterkunft: Wenn man mit vier Erwachsenen übernachtet, fehlt es an einem zweiten, wirklich erwachsengerechten Doppelbett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Location ayant répondu à toutes nos attentes

Maison très agréable, avec une décoration soignée et très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa propreté irréprochable. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous confirmons le fait que la proximité des voisins n'est absolument pas gênante (pas de nuisances sonores). En conclusion, nous recommandons fortement cette location.
