206 NW Oceania Drive. Located in Bayshore, 15 minutes from Newport on a 7 mile long beach, this well appointed home will provide the perfect setting to relaxing and enjoying your time away. There are literally views from every room, every window. Looking out the front you have a great view of the Alsea Bay and the Alsea Bay Bridge. A perfect setup to allow kids and young adults time to play and enjoy. In the oceanside living room you will enjoy unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.

We had a great weekend at this beach house. Very clean and we liked the decorations throughout the house. Wonderful beach access and we loved that it was pet friendly. Would definitely stay again.

This home is beautiful, right on the beach with plenty of room for a large family gathering! It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies! Loved the game room! So happy we found this place. Will definitely come back!!

Very nice property. It was clean and well kept. We had a great time in Waldport. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary cooking items, the beds were comfortable and the back porch was very relaxing to drink your morning coffee. We would stay at the property again if we are in the area

Beautiful property on a fantastic location! Great views of the ocean on one side, and the bay and bridge on the other. You can walk right onto the beach, which is beautiful and not too crowded. We saw seals playing in the waves every day! The master bedroom has an incredible view, and every room can see the water. The driveway is very steep and narrow and much of it was covered in sand, so it was difficult to get two cars in. We ended up parking one car on the road, where there was plenty of space. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house, which has lovely views of both the ocean and the bridge into Waldport, sits atop a dune on a quiet stretch of beach. A highlight of the trip... we spotted a large group of harbor seals on the sandy shore a short walk from the house.

Gorgeous, incredibly spacious home right on the beach!! The home was very clean - which is amazing given the amount of sound surrounding it, had tons of room for our extended family and was VERY comfortable. The sunset views are incredible from the upstairs window. Would absolutely recommend!

This was the IDEAL beach house for a nice family vacation! The house had every amenity one would need! House was spotless and smelt super clean and crisp! The last two beach homes we have rented have smelt like mildew…. iFKYK… We have two toddler and brought our 4 week old baby! The kids were entertained by the game room and the beach right off the back porch! The walk to the beach was super sandy and ready accessible! We will definitely love to come back!

Everything was wonderful. Great kitchen, large bedrooms. Awesome game room. We used the pool table a lot. Walk out the back door and you are within a couple hundred yards of the beach. The view is awesome. You can see the ocean from any ocean facing room in the house.
