Beautiful architect-designed villa facing south of 140 m², on 1200 m² of land and swimming pool (private) 8.5 X 3.5.
It consists of a living room kitchen dining room of 60 m², 4 bedrooms: one with bed 160, 2 with a bed 140 and the 4th with a bed 90, 2 bathrooms with shower Italian, and two separate toilets.
The land is completely fenced. Access by automatic portal. hut with bar and fridge and lawn of 200m2. We also have a barbecue area to enjoy some good grilled over vine strains. We can also make arrangements bicycles.
