This is a very roomy condo - the photos don’t show how much space there is - we were able to comfortably have two families with 3 kids here with more than enough space. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the views from the living room / patio were incredible.

Such a fun condo! The location is amazing and the unit itself was great. We had 6 kids with us and the loft bunkroom was perfect. They really loved the indoor pool too!

Great view very convenient to town and the lifts. The hot tub was roped off with police tape and did not work. On a ski trip I we alway filter for hot tubs so the kids were disappointed. The condo was will stocked and had plenty of plates cups etc. the living room was a great place to hang out . The view from it and the balcony is amazing!

Great Stay

Great location & view of Breck. Great for families with kids. The kids can all just hangout in the loft. Think the codes change often, sojust make sure you have the latest.

Wonderful stay in Breckenridge

The Condominium was perfect for our group with plenty of space. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is perfect for visiting main street shops or getting to the slopes. We were all very pleased with our stay and will definitely come again.

Everything was good. Bus system was close and the garage was helpful when we rented a car. It was super cold so it was unfortunate we had to walk outside to get to the elevator and hot tub.

Condo has everything. Very well equipped kitchen, w regular and keurig coffee makers. All pots pans silverware utensils plates cups that you would need. Even have multiple humidifiers and fans for every room. Host is excellent, I would def recommend.

Great location with everything we needed

We liked this location because it was right by the historic district (just two or three blocks from Main Street) but yet not in the thick of the traffic. The heated garage was nice as well. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and the overall layout is good. The gas fireplace in the living room was very cozy. I think the vaulted ceiling made the condo feel more spacious. And the view out the windows were spectacular. For the skiers in our group it was just a few blocks from the gondola. There’s a shuttle bus stop nearby. Overall a great place to stay.

Great Breck Getaway

Amazing location walkable to the Peak 8 gondola or (a little further) the base of Peak 9. Condo has everything you need and a view of Breckenridge from the back porch and is spacious and accommodating. Indoor reserved parking space is great though note that it might not be usable if you have a tall car or a roof box as the garage door opening is 6'6". Worst case, there's generally enough parking on the east side of the building. Common pool and hot tub are nice to relax in after a long day of skiing. There was a bit of deferred maintenance that could be addressed (e.g., loose fixtures in the bathrooms) but overall the place was clean and we had a great time staying there. Highly recommend for groups or families looking to enjoy Breckenridge!

Can’t beat the location. Space was great too. Kids loved the bunk room! Hosts were very communicative. The entire building had no hot water for 24 hours, which wasn’t their fault. We notified them and they got it working within a day. Unit is well stocked. I will say the floors and carpet in general are very old and felt dirty. I can’t comment on renovation budgets but new carpet or even vinyl floors would take this place from a 6 to a 10. We didn’t want to walk around barefoot. Overall a good experience, and was somewhat reasonable for the location. Would recommend overall.

Great location, nice condo.

Overall very pleased with our stay here. Only issue was that the second parking pass was not available when we arrived. Appears a previous renter took it with them. We arrived late, and did not have an option for our second car without the pass. Communication was difficult, as the owners were in a different time zone and thus it was very late for them to try and remedy. The first night parking was a challenge, but after that the owners set us up well and everything worked well. Only really suggestions are a longer timer on the fireplace (15 minutes is pretty brief), and a better blender. Thanks!

We love to water and snow ski! Breckenridge has been our ski home away from our lake home for the last 10+ years. My husband, Mark, had his very first visit to Breckenridge in 1978. Keeping a tradition strong, we have returned almost every season since. and have passed on this love of skiing and Breck to our children! This is the 2nd condo we have owned in the Longbranch complex mainly because it is by far the nicest. and best location. This spacious condo has great amenities, like the jacuzzi, underground heated garage, close access to downtown and only a few block walk to the lift. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
