Perfect location, nice layout, great covered terrace and lovely pool. Days spent by the pool, cycling to the lake and visiting the local beaches. A lovely holiday stay.

Très agréable séjour

belle propriété dans un environnement calme et boisé la maison est très agréable, quelque remise à niveau serait bienvenue mais rien de bien grave, dans l’ensemble nous sommes tous satisfait de notre séjour, la piscine chauffé est un vrai plus, pouvoir se baigner a toute heure et par tout les temps , c'était un plaisir. plancha très efficace, équipe d'entretien très réactif et serviable. je reviendrai avec plaisir

Excellente location

L’emplacement est idéal, proche du lac et au calme. La maison s’avère être très agréable à vivre et de plus, elle est tres bien équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et la piscine est un vrai plus. Nous reviendrons prochainement. Vous pouvez la louer, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Es war ein wunderschöne Urlaub. Tolles großzügiges Haus. Der Pool ist ein Traum und die Fahrräder sind auch super. um damit an den Strand oder nach Léon durch die Pinienwälder zu fahren.

Superbes vacances ! Maison spacieuse, très bien équipée, avec un magnifique extérieur. Le prêt de vélos est un plus. Quelques petits travaux seraient à prévoir : changement du tuyau de gaz et/ou de la plancha, électricité vétuste et manque d'une Vmc (sent l'humidité). Malgré ces points nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Une villa bien agréable

La villa est très fonctionnelle et nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour. Malgré quelques soucis avec la piscine en début de semaine (pompe) - avant notre arrivée -, la personne en charge de la logistique a su se montrer réactive même si nous n'avons pu profiter de la piscine qu'à partir du mercredi. La villa est parfaite pour 2 familles avec tous les éléments nécessaires pour passer une bonne semaine. Ustensiles, plancha et vélos à disposition, ce qui est très agréable.

Genau richtig

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Pool. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, jede Menge Strand.- und Kinderspielzeug, Fahrräder, Roller usw. einfach den Vermieter vorher mal anschreiben, erspart viel Gepäck... Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, nur an manchen Stellen ist das Haus etwas hellhörig... Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen und Grillen braucht. Fernseher und Hifi gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer, dafür aber mit allen Geräten die man benötigt. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen. Wenn es mal wieder passt, ist dieses Haus unsere 1. Wahl, gerade auch weil der Vermieter einen sehr freundlichen und offenen Kontakt pflegt, schnell und vollständig alle Fragen beantwortet. Christian Könnig

Beaucoup de choses à revoir :(

La maison possédait une belle cuisine vien equipée, avec un lave linge etc. La situation est idéale pour les balades à vélo dans les environs. Malheureusement, beaucoup de choses n'étaient pas propres: les transats et le salon d'extérieur étaient sales. Des anciens outils rouillés se trouvaient dans le jardin (peut être en déco mais quand on vient avec des enfants, ce n'est pas rassurant). Le jardin à l'arrière n'était pas entretenu. La table de repas sur la terrasse était très sale avec des miettes entre les lames, tout comme la plancha. Le lave vaisselle était sale à notre arrivée. Nous avons globalement été déçus.

Semaine agréable

Et voilà trois ans que nous venons dans cette maison en famille, toujours le même charme opère. La maison nous comble petits et grands. La piscine est vraiment agréable ainsi que la terrasse. Mon fils adore tous les jeux mis à disposition. Et cette année les vélos nous ont permis de profiter des pistes cyclables aux environs. Merci a monsieur et madame lager pour les toutes les demandes et leurs réactivité. Et merci à monsieur Sion pour son colis d'accueil qui ravis les papilles.

Ein sehr schönes Häuschen mit einem tollen Pool.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, sauber und mit guter Ausstattung. Besonders die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt aber auch Kinderspielzeug für Innen und Außen. Lediglich die Betten sind auf die Dauer unbequem und schon etwas durchgelegen. Und es ist leider sehr hellhörig. Die Lage ist super. Zum Strand mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Zu einer ganz vorzüglichen und überaus freundlichen Bäckerei mit dem Rad 5 Minuten. Aber am besten eigene Fahrräder mitbringen, falls man damit zum Strand fahren möchte, was prima geht, da tolle Fahrradwege vorhanden sind, Der Pool und das Terassendeck sind sehr schön angelegt und wunderbar.

Séjour agréable et idyllique

Deuxième séjour dans la maison de vielle-saint-girons, à notre arrivée nous pouvons nous apercevoir que monsieur SION s'investit à rendre le séjour agréable suite à de nouvelles installations (jeux, file à linge etc...). Nous aimons toujours autant la décoration, il ne manque vraiment rien pour se divertir dans cette maison, la piscine est très agréable, le secteur est tres sympathique surtout avec les pistes cyclables toutes proches..la plancha à ravie nos repas et la terrasse est très appréciée... le secteur est calme. Une maison que nous apprécions depuis deux ans, c'est un vrai coup de coeur, nous reviendrons sûrement....

Tolles Ferienhaus

Die Villa Fontaine ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und einen tollen Außenbereich mit Pool. Sie liegt ganz in der Nähe des Lac de Léon und ist nur 7 km vom wunderschönen Strand (Lette Blanche) entfernt. Wir waren zu acht für zwei Wochen dort, somit war das Haus komplett belegt. Teilweise war etwas wenig Platz, aber dank dem schönen Wetter konnten wir unser Frühstück jeden Tag auf der Terrasse genießen und abends auf der Plancha grillen. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und meldet sich auch innerhalb kürzester Zeit zurück.

Maison accueillante, tout confort et équipée, séjour inoubliable!

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmé par cette magnifique maison. Tout est fonctionnel et pratique, le propriétaire met à disposition des jeux pour les enfants, vélos et autres équipements qui ont favorisé notre bien-être sur place. Située à côté du lac de Léon dans une allée calme, nous avons adoré les ballades et le marché de Léon à quelques minutes. Très bonne communication par mail.Tout était parfait, merci!

superbe vacances à vielle st girons

Nous avons loué la villa du 22/07 au 29/07/2017 la semaine à été très agréable dans cette maison de famille où tout est fait pour passer de superbe vacances !!!!! Maison très propre au calme,superbe piscine , nous avons bien apprécier la piste cyclable juste à côté de la villa ,les vélos qui était sur place ,ainsi que tous le materiels mis à notre dispositions. Nous pensons revenir pour des prochaines vacances !!!!

Parfait

Résidence très calme et Bien située. Maison extrêmement bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Très agréable à vivre. Pas adaptée aux jeunes enfants (deco et antiquités fragiles). Attention de prévenir Quand Le technicien vient entretenir la piscine.
