The apartment is situated on a private Lake. You have access to the beach and lake and can also go for a swim. Great Pub and many other restaurants and lots off takeaways in walking distance. (5 – 10 minutes) Many shops just around the corner. Bus-station 2 minutes. Closest Train station is around 20 minutes walking distance in Carrum. Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. BBQ outside available.

Lovely as always

This is the second time we stay with Roland and Silke and it is always a pleasure. The property is perfect, located near public transport and various amenities and it has everything you need!

Cul-de-sac means it’s a quiet location

Roland was a friendly host, easy to communicate with. It’s a small, self-contained ‘granny flat’ with everything you need. Ideal for a solo traveller. Despite the unusual cold snap, the airconditioner warmed the small space up quickly and maintained the warmth overnight. On-street parking under a street light directyin front of the property. The path and entry were well-lit and secure.
