Sails by the Bay - Ocean Views - Wi-Fi - Netflix

We at BnB Host Management understand that during this time of a Major Disruptive World Event, travel and petrol are an uncertainty.

This also comes under Extenuating Circumstances.

I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you.

There would be only two considerations for you:

1) When a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to their reservation.

2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the `Extenuating Circumstances`.

Sails by the Bay is only a short stroll to the Beach and in the heart of Frankston Central.
The ideal location to relax, and watch the sunset from a your private west-facing balcony boasting brilliant views. Also you can see the sail boats out on Saturdays.
This fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment sits within an abundance of Cafes, restaurants, entertainment, pubs, clubs, and shops and transport.
Airport bus pulls up right out front.

The Guest will have access to the entire studio apartment and it`s private balcony.
Guests can also enjoy use of the complex`s shared gym, large terrace and BBQ area.

This is a self-check in. Although we won`t be there in person, we are only a message away. Please feel free to reach out via the message inbox/email if you require assistance.

-The washers and dryers in the shared Laundromat require payment. We advise that you do not leave your laundry unattended, as this laundromat is also used by the puplic.
- Once the starter pack amenities have been used, you will need to purchase your own essentials.
- BBQ is located on the balcony table. There is a power switch behind the BBQ. When you have used the BBQ, please clean it after yourself and apply a small amount of oil to internal surfaces to prevent rusting, before closing the lid.
Please wait until the BBQ has completely cooled down before putting the cover back on. It has a draw string to tighten and secure it to the BBQ. Store the cover inside when using the BBQ otherwise it will blow off the balcony. We need to protect the BBQ from salt air. If cleaners are forced to clean the BBQ, they will charge an extra $25, which we reserve the right to forward onto the guests.
There is a sensor light on the balcony. If this becomes annoying, switch it off at the point behind the BBQ.
*All bookings are *NOT* confirmed until the Hosts IDV Form process has been completed by the Primary booking guest. This is compulsory.
*FULLY REFUNDABLE DAMAGE SECURITY BOND: $450 will be activated 1 day before your arrival date. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your chosen payment method.
*We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25 years.
*No Schoolies
*Please DO NOT REMOVE the large bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash in the bathroom/s, Dishwashing Liquid etc in the kitchen. These amenities are the property of the owners and are regularly refilled for guest convenience. Additional fees may apply if items are removed.
*If Swipe cards & FOB`s are not returned at departure, replacement fees will be charged onto primary guest.
*Cleaning fee is for a standard clean. If cleaners are forced to stay longer due to guests lack of care, we reserve the right to pass on any extra fee`s to the primary guest.

We had a wonderful stay in Frankston. It was off season and pleasantly quiet. The amenities provided at the condo were more than sufficient. With the Cole's and other shopping so close we rarely left the building. When we did go into Melbourne it was easy on public transit or UBER. We highly recommend this property for a great get away.

spectacular views over the bay

3 week booking and the property was ideal. Clean flat, courteous neighbours, quiet building.Double glazed windows helprf with minor traffic noise.
