2 Bedroom Apartment & Plunge Pool

Luxury 2 bed apartment with beach access, a private plunge pool, with breathtaking sea views.
A further 1bedrooms with en-suite is available to accommodate 2 extra guests. This can be done if ID1556281 next door is available, and booked at the same time with this unit.

The highlight of this apartment is the very large covered terrace that's well furnished with beautiful views over La Toc bay. Happily enjoy breakfast every morning on the terrace, it's just perfect.
The premises has an easement to Sandals’s Regency Resort which is an all inclusive Adults only Resort, for beach access only. To use restaurants and amenities requires purchasing a day/dinner pass from Sandals.

***Please note that during Covid-19 beach access easement into Sandals and use of their amenities are tentative.***

Joe and Rose Adjodha Lower Tradeswinds Drive Coubaril Castries I’ve just returned from a fabulous stay in St Lucia and Joe and Rose were amazing hostees. AA delayed our luggage for over 24 hours which could have set a real negative tone for our trip. Joe picked us up promptly at the airport and immediately swung into action. Joe made phone calls had our prescriptions available at the pharmacy, took us to the grocery store and waited patiently while we shopped for replacement items. The place has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments 2 with private plunge pools. Our apartment was immaculate, quiet peaceful with the most breathtaking views. This place is one of the best kept secrets on the island if you’re looking for VIP treatment with beautiful views, quiet and peace look no further. Marcus and Donna Are Ideal guests from the drive from the airport they wanted to try local foods on the Road side, despite AA not having luggage, they were fun to be around, we enjoyed taking care of our guests and happy they felt they were treated as VIP’s. We all deserve to be at times. See you in 2020 for more “liming” time.

Feb.’23 Stay at Tradewinds

The property location is great with La Toc beach a short walk down the hill. We did expect from the posting that we would have unlimited access to the public beach, however there was a somewhat rigorous and cumbersome process which had us waiting for coordination between the property owner and Sandals security to unlock a gate and wait for an escort to the beach. If you want access to Sandals amenities there is a $200 USD per person per day fee. The place it’s self is part of a nice villa with multi family accommodation perched on a sloped hill with views.Amenities are adequate but some upgrades could be done to be more in line with the pricing. The pool and plunge pool were nice but were too cool for us to use during our stay in mid Feb. The kitchen is adequately equipped for making your own breakfast and standard dinners if you are so inclined. We did have some issues with electrical breakers tripping during rainy periods. Also some issues with plumbing at the start of the stay. You will likely need your own car for good access to popular St. Lucia beaches and activities. Suggest this place for vacationers who are looking for a nice place but not looking for perfection or to be necessarily pampered during their stay on the island.

Avoid

Where to begin. Location is remote and not any where near bars or restaurants. It took us hours to find the house and roads were perilous. Host did not let us know that it was a holiday there and everything was closed. Would have been courteous to mention. Apartment rooms are not connected - each “cube” is accessed from the veranda. One bedroom was uninhabitable with mold smell. All the toilets were broken in some way. No tv. Host did not want to grant us access to the beach which is shared by Sandals resort. Nothing to do and not relaxing because of loud music playing at the resort. At night we could hear a rodent or large animal chewing inside the wall. We only lasted one night and had to leave. The host lives in apartment above and we did not feel safe or comfortable to complain. Customer Service did not help us and host ignored the request. At one point someone claiming to be host contacted me through the app plus phone calls, texts & emails trying to scam me. Told me they would give a full refund if I sent one nights fee via paypal (I had already paid fully so why would I do that?!) I still don’t know if this was the host or if the site was hacked. Use another service because the company does not offer protection or help, and whatever you do don’t stay here.

You will probably not find a more gorgeous view or more tranquil place to stay than this beautiful house. Lydia made check in easy. The location is secluded and having a car is recommended, but she also provided us with the name and number of a taxi driver that we ended up using multiple times for different activities during our stay. There is access to the beach at Sandals, which is located just below the property. There are several flights of stairs to get there and wouldn't be appropriate for small children or anyone with mobility issues. We never had a problem with security when accessing the beach.This house is best suited to people wanting a quiet, relaxing vacation. There are not many restaurants close by if you want a meal quickly. The house is clean and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you'll need. One of the bedrooms is much larger than the other so you might want to work that out in advance if traveling with friends. We do need to mention that the stairs going down to the apartment from the pool area are a bit tricky. There is a 180 turn without a landing.Overall, this house is an excellent value. I missed the view after we left. I'm sure I'll think about that gorgeous place for a long time.

Joseph and Rosemarie Adjodha - We had the most amazing vacation in St Lucia, Joseph and Rosemarie were the greatest hosts ever. Mr. Joe was waiting on us at the airport with the most welcoming smile and attitude. On the drive to the villa Mr. Joe took us grocery and sprit shopping, he waited patiently while we shopped for everything we wanted and needed. Our 2 bedroom villa had 2 private plunge pools a great big balcony and a nice fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were large, beautiful and well kept. The entire villa was just beautiful and there were breathtaking views from every room. The location of the villa was peaceful and relaxing. Joseph and Rosemarie’s place is one of the best kept secrets on the island if you’re looking for VIP treatment with beautiful views, quiet and peaceful then look no further. We’re so pleased we are already planning our return visit. Mr. Joe & Rosie, we can’t wait to visit you both again!!!! Regina, Mike & Angela

Why they chose this property

The property is on a gradient so there are flights of stairs to Apartments & Beach.
Why this property? I feel like the French and British love affair with this Helen of the Caribbean island that meant so much to them that the Island changed hands 15 times, worth fighting for.
With the Worlds only Drive in Volcano, hot water falls and mud baths, the majestic Pitions that are a Unesco world heritage site, and a 200 year old botanical gardens have inspired the Island to produce not one but two Nobel laureates.

What makes this property unique

Falling in love with the view made us over the years built a home that allowed our family and friends to enjoy this breathtaking view, taking walks on the beach we feel that we are staying in a Resort, yes Sandals Golf and Spa La Toc Resort is all around us, purchasing a day pass allows you to enjoy the couples only resort.
If don’t want to swim in the Warm Caribbean Sea, the plunge pool is just the answer, or the swimming pool
