Updated pictures coming soon! Newly remodeled Duplex located within 1 mile of Lake George village. The upstairs/downstairs units are identical with an interior staircase connecting them. Each unit has 2 bedrooms with 5 beds, 1 bath, large living room, granite countertops and stainless appliances. Both units include a private porch outside of the living room. At the end of the day, enjoy the granite fire pit and numerous yard games while roasting marshmallows in a safe/quiet location. 1/4 mile from I 87. Ample Parking.

Very nice place. Clean and comfortable as shown. Only recommendation would be to use fragrance free laundry detergents. The fragrances did bother a few guests.

Perfect Getaway!

Me, my husband and friends had a very comfortable stay and will definitely book again! It was the perfect distance from Lake and we got to enjoy the Winter Carnival just a 6 minute drive from all fun.

Convenient location to enjoy Lake George

Property was great for our family. Location had great access to Lake George and the surrounding areas. the property was well maintained, and the fire pit was great for enjoyable adult time once the little ones were down for the night.

Our stay was amazing! The property had everything that we needed and Mike was so nice to accommodate us arriving a bit earlier than expected. The kids loved all the available games We will definitely be returning !

For 6,000 for the week, I knew there was no dishwasher. However, laundry was listed; but not that it was in the basement with only outside access through lifting two metal doors and going down! Owner should note laundry with outside access at least in what is provided.Being in a house with no Internet or tv was also unexpected at that price point. It would have been tougher if our daughter with a disability had not had her DCD player along. Owner did come by to see the problem was on his system, but made. No suggestion of compensation for the problem.My daughter thought it was a nice place Upon first settling in, but she also thought it was 3,500 for the week which is about my viewpoint. We left on Saturday a time convenient for us!

Perfect Lake George Trip

The house was a perfect setup for our family of 10. There is plenty of bed space and a nice open concept to both floors. The kids enjoyed the big yard and the adults liked the patio and fire pit. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Lake George area.

Wonderful family vacation

Very clean and convenient home The layout was great for a large family with plenty of room for sleeping and lounging. It has a well equipped kitchen on each floor. It’s conveniently located close to Lake George Village and has a private yard with fire pit, grill and lots of yard games. We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable home!!

Best place ever!!

The property is beautiful! From details large to small, the owner has thought of everything. Beautifully appointed and so clean. I can’t remember a nicer stay anywhere. So much better than a hotel! I can’t wait to stay there again. The firepit was amazing. We had a group of friends and we are already making plans for next time! Staying there is a must!

Great Family Vacation

What a gem!

My family has been renting from Mike for 4 years now. This house is lovely! Decorated beautifully and plenty of space to hold larger groups. Having the separated floors was interesting but worked so well for my family. The outdoor space is cozy and very inviting. It’s only 2 miles from the village and 7 minutes to the outlets. Being right off the northway was very convenient! I would highly recommend, this house does not disappoint!

This is my family’s second year in a row booking this house. Everything about this property is perfect! Before and during our arrival all of our questions were answered in a timely manner. As soon as you walk into the house you know/ smell that it has been freshly cleaned. Even better, you have everything you need (minus food and drink). You are provided with WiFi, clean towels and bedding, paper towels, toilet paper, clean dishes, coffee makers, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The outside of this property is also amazing! We had two grills, a fire pit, hammock, and multiple games that we all enjoyed! Another amazing perk- you are approximately a 2-4 minute drive to the main strip of Lake George! My family and I are already picking our 2024 vacation week so we can book this house!

Five friends and I rented this house for a mom weekend away. It was perfect! Very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very cozy and all of the bedding and towels smelled wonderful. The location is great, off the beaten path enough but close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Mike was very responsive and when we had a small issue he came by quickly and resolved it. I highly recommend this rental, thank you for hosting us Mike!
