Great property conveniently located to walk or bike to all the shops in Duck. Smack dab between the ocean and sound.

Great home in a wonderful neighborhood! Very close to the beach!

My family and I just got home from our stay at Duckingham. We have two teens, a boy and a girl, plus we brought our dog. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the deck with a Nags Head hammock, and that there was a front and a back deck, each with plenty of furniture. Plus, there was a balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms. The home was clean and well appointed. It was only about a five-minute walk straight down the street to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood, but just minutes away from all the cute shops and restaurants in Duck. This home was a fantastic value for the money! Highly recommend!!
