Beautiful house, nicely furnished. Good layout of bedrooms. We utilized the pool table a lot and the home theatre room. The double stoves and refrigerators really helped with meal prep and organization. Convenient location.

Beautiful, comfortable home with amazing ocean views and sounds!

This home had plenty of room and gathering space for our family and friends to enjoy Spring Break together. The home was clean and provided a well-stocked kitchen for meals—two fridges, two ovens, etc. The bedrooms with individual bathrooms were nice, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. We did not use the hot tub, but it looked clean. We will be staying here again.

The house had plenty of room for our 15 person girls weekend. Ideal location near Jeannette's Pier. We spread out in the main living/kitchen area, playing multiple games while others watched tv. Plenty of seating. My one complaint is there seems to be absolutely no heat in what I believe to be the two front bedrooms which were added on this year. It stayed frigid compared to the back bedrooms. The people in those rooms had to sleep with their clothes on and multiple blankets. The owners should probably look into this. Other than the lack of heat, we had a terrific time and I would definitely rent again.

Nice home

Good experience overall. Do not like that there is no way to enter the home from the ocean side without going thru someone’s bedroom. Love the big rooms and cleanliness. Wish there had been 2 sets of washers and dryers. Dryer took a long time to dry. Will keep it on our list if we visit nags head again

Great spot- super comfy

The ocean view is king here. The accommodations were also great. Proximity to the beach via private walking path was what we signed up for. There was an unrealized added bonus with a convenience so store just a 3 min walk away (major plus when you have little ones). The pier was another bonus and the private pool really solidified the experience. Would vacation here again for sure.

Somewhat disappointed

The vacation started out with a 2 hour delay of being able to get in our rental because the cleaning crew arrived when we did, at the check in time. So there we sat, with our groceries and crowd of 14, for two hours. Upon entry, we found the house to be in average condition, but definitely much more “worn” than the pictures on the website. The entryway floor was scuffed, and had a few holes in the linoleum, The outside needs painting on the steps, the pool area was cluttered with junk and so was the bar outside. The property looked average, at best. The property was advertised to have TV’s in all rooms, but two rooms were missing a TV (the Mount was there, but no TV). I immediately called to report this and was promised a return call back to address the issue, but had to call again myself a few days later. The hot tub and pool were not functioning correctly but they did address those issues promptly. This property is in a great location with easy walking access to stores and restaurants, and the path to the beach was clear. I would not rent this property again, however, For the money, you could find one in better condition.
