Charming wooden house, pets welcome

Ideally located in the heart of Lacanau town, shops and the lake are easily accessible by bike, this charming house is only 10 minutes from the ocean beaches by car or 40 minutes by bike for lovers of the little queen.

Quiet and pleasant to live, it has a garden without vis-à-vis and fully enclosed to enjoy its pool without constraints and tan in peace.

A pergola equipped with a plancha and a covered terrace will welcome you during your aperitifs and family dinners.
We put at your disposal a ping pong table and 4 bikes, ideal for short walks.

The house of 116 m2 is composed of a large living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a central island very friendly and warm.

The sleeping area is insulated by sliding doors, includes a bathroom with bath and three bedrooms including a master suite with shower and water area. Two of the rooms are equipped with a bed of 160 cm the third has a bed of 140 cm and a futon of the same size.

You will find in the cellar all small and large household appliances.

Linen and towels and beach towels are available for the duration of your stay.

WIFI access is included.

A contract signed by both parties will be sent to you containing the terms of reservation and cancellation.

PS: this house is home to two charming little cats, loustic and léa living outside and claiming only croquettes and water.

Wir waren drei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen, super ausgestatteten und ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation mit Thierry hat super geklappt- von der Zusage für das Haus über die perfekt vorbereitete Ankunft bis zur SMS für eine schöne Rückfahrt. Ein plötzlich defektes Gerät wurde sofort ausgetauscht, Thierry war für alle Fragen ansprechbar und sehr unterstützend und freundlich. Die Küche ist wie zu Hause ausgestattet, darin zu kochen hat Spaß gemacht. Der Pool ist ein Traum: super gepflegt, sehr angenehmes Wasser, immer mindestens 26C. Der Außenbereich ist so schön, dass man sich unabhängig vom Wetter draußen aufhalten kann. Wir kommen gern wieder! Vielen Dank, Thierry!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Das großzügige Haus mit tollem Pool (das Wasser war 29 Grad warm, viel Poolspielzeug :-) war perfekt für uns! Küche und Haus sind bestens ausgestattet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, in einem grünen Garten-durch Hecken ganz privat und vor Blicken von außen geschützt. Die Kommunikation mit Thierry war vollkommen unkompliziert und sehr nett! Wir hatten die Fahrräder mit (Thierry hat 4 Fahrräder die man ansonsten benützen könnte) und konnten in wenigen Minuten zum Bäcker, Supermarkt und zum See radeln! Wir können Thierry’s Haus jeden weiterempfehlen!

Un très beau séjour

Une propriété idéalement équipée et très bien entretenue. Les propriétaires sont charmants, prévenants et très soigneux. Le jardin et la maison sont raffinés, modernes et confortables. L'espace piscine est relaxant et très joliment arboré. Les 2 terrasses permettent de profiter de l'extérieur en fonction de l'ensoleillement, ce qui est fort agréable. Le quartier est très calme et le centre ville de Lacanau est rapidement accessible à pieds. Une propriété à vivement recommander et dans laquelle nous aurions plaisir à revenir si les vacances nous menaient dans la région.
