Overlooking a small interior courtyard, you will be surprised by the contrast between the calm that reigns in the apartment and the animation in which you will dive as soon as you cross the front door of the building (rue du Vieux Port, rue des Merciers , Saint Rome, Bletterie ...).
It includes a small sleeping area with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a living area with a BZ (bed 140 x 200 cm), an LCD TV, a micro-channel (Radio, CD, USB), a kitchen area (Electric hotplates , combined oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle) and a bathroom (bath, toilet, sink, hairdryer).
Bed linen and household linen can be supplied as an option.

Emplacement idéal
Cet appartement est très bien situé à proximité du vieux port, des restaurants, des commerces et pas très loin de la plage. Donnant sur une petite cour intérieure, celui ci est également très calme, fonctionnel et lumineux.
Pour votre séjour pas besoin de voiture, la gare, les bus (pour l'île de Ré par ex) et la navette de mer pour se rendre sur la plage des minimes sont très proches. Nous recommandons cette location dont les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à La Rochelle. Rien à redire sur l’appartement. Son emplacement est top car on peut tout faire à pieds et profiter animations du vieux port. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

Studio situé en plein centre de la rochelle pas besoin de voiture celui-ci est fonctionnel situé dans une petite rue côté cour par conséquent calme les propriétaires sont accueillants et nous donnent des conseils sur notre séjour balades, restos,vélos. Les îles de ré et d Aix sont très jolies avec leurs plages sauvages À refaire merci

Séjour très agréable dans ce petit appartement en plein coeur de La Rochelle. Comme il donne sur une cour intérieure, nous étions au calme malgré tout. Nous étions à 5 mn de tout et n'avons pris la voiture que pour des visites hors ville. Propriétaires charmants qui nous ont parfaitement bien accueillis et ont pris le temps de nous donner toutes les infos et conseils utiles. Parfait pour 2, éventuellement 3, mais un peu plus compliqué au-delà à notre avis.

au plus près de la vieille ville.
L'appartement est très bien situé, au cœur de la vieille ville et les équipements sont très corrects. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et nous avons apprécié la Rochelle pour les promenades, les visites et ses animations .
