Surf Song #4G - Beautiful condominium with Pool and Beach Access!

Enjoy your stay at the beautiful Gulf Front Surf Song Beach Condominiums with great amenities and access to the beach. Within walking distance to Time Square, pier, restaurants, great shopping, and entertainment. This is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit, with a spacious back balcony with stunning views and a shared pool. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom and the spare bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a murphy bed located in office area near the front door with a full size bed, allowing a max occupancy of 6 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals. Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals available. Mid-month arrival or departure must be approved prior to rental. The minimum age to rent is 25.

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
