Perfect for family vacation! Come to the beach and make great memories.

Very spacious and well kept 3br/2ba house on Bay side in Caine’s Woods neighborhood in north Ocean City. The perfect place to bring the family! Beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood. Minutes to the beach!

Master br has queen size bed, back br has 2 twin beds, middle br has double bed. Very large fully stocked kitchen/dining area, sun room, dining room, living room and bedrooms.

Central air, washer/dryer, WiFi and cable included. Private drive way fits 2 cars, plus free street parking available.

Restaurants, convenience stores, mini golf, water park, shopping all close by. Close to shopping in Delaware where there is no sales tax!

Free street parking at beach. Less than 5 minute drive or approx. 15 minute walk.

Charcoal grills and beach chairs/ umbrella on premises for your use.

You will need to provide your own bed linens, towels and paper goods. Sorry, no smoking/no pets.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place outside garbage bin in street at curb
Return any items taken from shed and lock shed
Set air conditioner to 75.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No more than 9 people (if related) allowed per OC zoning laws. If occupants are not related, max occupancy is 4 people.
Guests must provide their own bed linens, towels, paper goods. Please remove all items from the fridge before leaving
Prior to departing, remove all trash and put in bin outside by front door. Place bin in street at end of driveway

Amazing 4th of july vacation

Excellent beach vacation home!

The house was very very clean and beautifully decorated. Check in was a breeze. The wifi was easy to connect to but we could not figure out the tv. The beds are comfortable. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We felt safe being on a girls trip. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice place

This was a very nice place to stay. It’s away from all the hustle so it’s quiet and peaceful. The only negative I can give this place is that the floors were so dirty that when you showered you feet were black instantly. But would definitely stay again.

Bob was great with quick communication and on point with everything we needed for our trip. The loaction of the house was perfect for us. The house was great abd clean. The temperature in the home was perfect for it being so hot during our stay at the end of July. Some places its too warm and this place had no control AC unit which matters. Plenty of soace for us. We would rent here again.

Great home away from home!

We were all really impressed with the owners and their property. There was plenty of room to sleep and extra space besides. You could pull away to the veranda or relax in the living room or put a puzzle together on the formal dining room table. Even with all that, there was still a spacious, fully equipped kitchen/dining area. It is a nice home!
