Rehoboth Beach area house in great community with monthly discounts!

Beautiful well maintained home in popular private community (Angola by the Bay) close to Rehoboth beach. Enjoy the Rehoboth Beach atmosphere... lots of places to eat, Funland (games and rides), mini golf, an awesome boardwalk with a lot of shops and of course, the sand and ocean. A fun and relaxing time for all. There is also Dewey Beach which is about 4 miles from Rehoboth Beach. Dewey Beach has the bay on one side which offers boat and jet ski rentals and then walk across the street to the ocean side. Dewey Beach is known as party town ...local bars with great bands, food and drink.

The Rehoboth area also offers a go-kart park, water slide park and a lot of tax-free shopping (Tanger Outlets).

When not out and about, enjoy swimming in the community pool (kiddie pool also available) which includes a diving board and snack bar, a children's playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, marina, crabbing docks, and walking trails.

The home has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a Queen bed, and a room on the first floor with a pull out day bed (double size mattress). Good size kitchen, fully equipped, full bath upstairs, half bath on the 1st floor and outside shower. Home decorated in beach décor and available for weekly (and longer) and seasonal rentals.

All linens (blankets, sheets, pillows, towels) provided and washer and dryer. Sorry no beach towels.

Great place to vacation...fun and relaxing.

Highly recommend!

Great house in a community that has a lot to do right there. Friendly neighborhood. Close to great restaurants, shopping and beaches. Sandy and Jeff were so attentive and responsive and made sure we had a great experience. Would highly recommend staying here. Would go back!

Fabulous house and host

The house was everything advertised and more. It was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and perfectly located. The host pays attention to all of the little details, and the place is well stocked with anything you would need. I would love to come back! The owner was very responsive and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in the Lewes area

Great property!

Great house in a good location! Very clean and well furnished, neighborhood amenities (pool, crabbing dock) were nice, owner was very communicative and easy to work with. Quiet area to stay and an easy 20 minute drive to beaches, shopping, mini golf, etc. If you cook a lot you may find yourself short of a few items (no cookie sheets, limited measuring cups/cutting boards) but all the basics were there and we were able to improvise everything else. Overall, highly recommended!!

Great place, we enjoyed our stay

We found the property to be exactly as listed. It was a great place for my family to stay for a long overdue beach vacation. We spent most of our time in Lewes, but did visit Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. The few times that we contacted the host, Sandy, via the app; she got back to us within an hour or less. We would definitely stay here again. Be aware that if you park anywhere in Rehoboth that is not metered, you will be ticketed. Buy a daily parking pass or use a meter.

Home away from home

This was our first time renting a home to stay at the beach instead of a hotel. I wanted the option to cook/eat at home. I liked all the details about this house... the open space, kitchen, couple bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, tvs with cable and back deck with a grill. Sandy was ALWAYS very attentive and quick to respond with my bunch of questions in the beginning when booking. The pool in the community was a perk by didn't realize it would be closing on labor day but we managed. The community we stayed in was very quiet and peaceful. It was close to the beach but a little more of a drive than I expected since we went that way about half of our week. The house was close to the grocery store and restaurants. We used door dash a few times while there and it was convenient. The house had your needs met and you didn't have much to worry about. I would recommend staying here. We may look to stay closer to the beach next time but if needed would stay here again. Thank you again Sandy.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was centrally located close to Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey. The community was safe and friendly. The owners were easy to contact, and were very helpful for locating sites of interest.

Great home, very comfortable

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Sandy and Jeff's place. Everything was clean and in working order. Plenty of room for 5 of us and it was a great home base for all our activities. The neighborhood itself is beautiful and we rode our bikes and kayaked on site. We drove to Lewes, Dewey Beach, the State Parks and plenty of other locations that were all about a 15 to 20 min drive. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were very comfy, not much more we could have asked for. Thanks Sandy and Jeff!!
