Great stay near Bethany Beach

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The property is great and was conducive to us bringing our two dogs and we were able to take them for nice walks throughout the neighborhood. Restaurants and stores are also within a short distance. I would definitely stay here again

Bethany Family weekend

The property is beautiful. 2 bed/2bath with 2 patios. Walking distance to pool and playground. 2nd floor end unit. We had a lovely time!

This was home for a few days for a friend's baby shower

Absolutely loved this adorable condo which was well appointed and very convenient to Bethany. The resort community of Bethany Bay is very nice with all types of amenities, wonderful swimming pool, marina for water sports and golf course. Will definitely visit again!

The unit was clean and well stocked with essentials for bathrooms and the kitchen. The neighbors were all very friendly and it offered easy access to food stores, seafood markets and a short ride to the beach. Our fur baby enjoyed walks on the nature trail and there were plenty of refuse recepticals in and around the unit. The only thing we were confused about was where the recycling recepticals were. Other than that it is a fantastic unit which we enjoyed very much. Oh, Pam our host was so easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had almost immediatly. We would certainly stay again without a doubt.

Great weekend getaway to Bethany. Owners were very responsive and renting from them was great. Will stay again! House was clean and ready for us when we checked in! Right on the bay and only minutes to the beach. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

The accommodations were very nice. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. It was a great area for walking dogs and people were friendly. It was very peaceful and there are plenty of activities to do on the grounds such as golf, tennis and swimming.

Poor Weather but Great Vacay!

My Wife and I had a Wonderful Anniversary getaway! Weather didn’t cooperate, so we didn’t get to the beach or pool, but the shopping and restaurants were amazing! And having the VRBO to head back to was perfect.

It was so clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and Kitchen well stocked With Utensils. Felt safe while our stay. I would highly recommend this property. Comfortable and cozy

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. We appreciated the comforts of home. The owners made sure there were a few extra supplies to start our stay which was very much appreciated. It was cold so we did not use any amenities of Bethany Bay.

We purchased our first unit in Bethany Bay in 2005 and began renting it in 2013. It was so successful we purchased this unit in 2014 so we can always rent one and stay in one, we love it so much!

What makes this property unique

Walk right out the front door and you are almost to the pool and right across from the golf course. Master bedroom and bath with king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 double and 1 twin bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Perfect for a family of 6 and welcoming to your dog as well. Just purchased in 2014 and all freshly painted with the colors of the sand and sea. Features new flooring and many updates. Well equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook your own meals or many great restaurants nearby.
