About this property

AFIMI2 is a spectacular free-standing villa in a beautiful gated community with 24hr security in the foothills of Montego Bay with stunning views of the ocean and surrounding hills. No expense was spared in providing comfort and amenities include an infinity edge pool with heated Jacuzzi surrounded by a large wooden deck with ample space for lounging. The villa consists of four contemporary and classically furnished bedrooms with elegant en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with LED TVs and Sonos whole-home system with speakers and Amazon music. The villa has an open plan with high ceilings and soft cove lighting and the spacious living and dining room area opens onto the patio and pool deck where one can enjoy views of the sea, ocean breezes and the tropical garden. There is also a TV room with a home theatre music system that is incorporated into the entire villa and patio. Our villa can be fully staffed with a Chef, Housekeeper and pool attendant/grounds keeper to cater to all your needs and is family friendly or perfect for a couples retreat. Other amenities include a community swimming pool and tennis court.

AFIMI2 is only a 15 minute drive away from our “sister villa”, AFIMI beach house which is a beautiful waterfront villa in Montego Freeport with it’s own private beach. Visit the popular Harmony Beach Park, the Yacht Club and Fairview, MoBay’s most popular shopping area with supermarkets and restaurants. Another 15 minute drive from AFIMI2 takes you to the famous Doctor’s Cave Beach on the Hip Strip which has several bars, restaurants and more shops and in the other direction book your tee time for golf at famous Tryall golf club. AFIMI2 is centrally located making road trips to other areas such as Ocho Rios and Negril easy and after a day out enjoying the sights, you are welcomed back with a cool, lavender scented towel and a thirst quenching rum punch! This new villa is already one of the best in its class and offers a truly relaxing, memorable and luxurious vacation.

Other amenities for your exclusive use include home automation and built-in Sonos whole-house stereo and an automatic standby generator. There is also cards, dominoes and board games for your entertainment.

Fantastic personalized vacation

Wouldn’t change a thing. The house and property was perfect. The chef was amazing and the housekeeper was very attentive. My famtand I enjoyed quality time and personalized Jamaican experiences. The driver was also attentive and available whenever needed. One of my top vacations to date.

A WONDERFUL Montego Bay, Reading Vila

This was an amazing villa/home that l highly recommend. Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. The staff was the best, very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful in every way. Fabian the driver was always on time, very helpful and an overall amazing person. Ms. Claudia was our personal/private chef was an amazing cook, food was the best. Ms. Rise kept the Villa tidy every day and was very helpful… everyone was just wonderful. We will be back again this summer!!!! Thank you all for making my family feel at home!

Best Decision Ever!

Booked this for a birthday vacation and everything was perfect! Claudine is the chef and every meal she made was amazing! Fabian the driver knows everywhere to go and booked the excursions for us. Rose was so sweet and kept everything tidy and washed the clothes the day before we left. The house is clean and looks even better in person. We had no worries and didn’t want to leave. 10/10 definitely recommend. We will be back!
