Located 900 meters from the beach, our house is in a quiet area of Berck, in a secure residence.
The villa is very bright and modern (140 m²) -
On the ground floor, you find an entrance, a large living room with open kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher) and a master suite with bathroom - wc
On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: double bed 140 cm x 200
Bedroom 2: trundle child 90 x 200 (so possibility 180 x 200)
Bedroom 3: same - trundle bed, same size
+ 1 bathroom with double sink and shower
2nd floor, children's play area
Outside, you will enjoy a terrace, and a fenced garden
Bikes are available in the garden shed.
At Berck, you have a movie theater, a beautiful Agora complex with swimming pool, bowling alley, play area for children ..
Market 3 times a week in summer -
Beautiful walks to do ... Bay of Authie to do with the presence of seals ...
For info., Le Touquet is 13 kms, and the A16 motorway at 10 kms
Possibility to rent the weekend in low season

Maison très agréable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Nous étions 8 personnes, et nous sommes sentis très bien. Il y a effectivement des maisons en construction dans la co-propriété, mais il n'y avait pas du tout de bruit le we de notre venue. Maison bien située pour découvrir Berck, Le Touquet et la région. Hôtes attentionnés.

Endroit super pour les enfants
La maison est située dans une copropriété dans laquelle les enfants peuvent jouer en quasi liberté. Il y a pour l heure des travaux, ce qui peut être dérangeant pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger mais Berck et sa plage est un endroit où il fait bon vivre. Nous reviendrons certainement quand tout sera fini. Les propriétaires sont honnêtes et avenants.
