So pleased to see you enjoyed our vacation rental as much as we do! Rangeley and all the area has to offer is a secret little jewel!! Hope you will consider renting from us again another year.
The place was amazing. Very private setting. The layout was great. I loved the comfy chair by the fireplace. The sauna and hot tub were a bonus!

So happy to hear you enjoyed the place as much as we do! Sounds like you had a wonderful relaxing time! Thank you for the feedback. Hope you'll come back another year. :)
The cabin we were given did not look like this picture and seemed smaller than expected. The amenities at the cabin were fine. Our biggest disappointment was the hours at the main lodge. We wish the main lodge with the hot tub and sauna had longer hours. We went to Rangeley to snowmobile and looked forward to soaking in the hot tub when we got back but since the lodge closed at 6, we were not able to.

I'm sorry to hear that the cabin did not look like the picture and seem smaller than expected. I called the resort to confirm that the cabin size is the same for all the 3 bedroom cabins and has not changed. However, I did find out that the organization that now owns the resort has updated the bedding to all white bedding for ease of cleaning (brought on during COVID) and changed some of the furniture to maintain the attractiveness and upkeep their condition. The pictures will be updated as soon as possible and the description of the lodging now notes this change. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
Regarding the hours, I have passed along your request for longer hours for the hot tub to the management. Hopefully, they can stay open later into the evening in the future.
Thank you again for the feedback. I sincerely hope you still enjoyed your vacation & all that Rangeley has to offer!
Loved the property and how close it is to the river. The hot tub was working fine and was very clean. We enjoyed using the outdoor firepit. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The indoor gas fireplace wasn't working (out of gas maybe?) but it was still very comfortable and warm inside.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this great resort. We enjoyed access to snowmobile trails right at the property and my kids skied for the first time at Saddleback. The kitchen was an awesome place to enjoy homemade breakfasts and local craft beers in front id the fire. We never made dinner at the house because there were too many awesome local restaurants to try! We also got a lot of use of the pool and hottub. It was luxurious to sit in the hottub while the snow was falling outside. The view of the lake from the lodge is amazing. The staff at the desk were also very helpful about anything we needed. We will be back!

So pleased to see you enjoyed everything as much as we always do! Rangeley is a special community and the resort is a great way to have your own little private space to rest & re-charge while taking advantage of all the area has to offer.
Please feel free to check back to rent again another year (that is, unless we find we are able to get away & enjoy)!
What a great spot!! Cabin was great, amenities at the resort were a huge bonus. Snowmobile trail right outside the door! A short ride to Sugar loaf for a great day on the slopes! Thank you for a great week! 😀😀
