Welcome to Altamer Luxury Villas - a collection of two large, private villas and one small pied-a-terre on the island of Anguilla.

Antilles Pearl, one of our two primary villas, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms - it is gigantic in both scale and character and features new renovations that were finished in 2018.

This 10,800 sq. ft. villa features one massive principal bedroom suite and four additional guest bedrooms (all with king beds, TVs, and en-suite bathrooms). The outdoor area features a heated, private swimming pool, shaded dining table, and multiple lounge/sitting areas. 

Antilles Pearl also features a modern elevator lift (for seamless transportation to all floors), Bluetooth speakers in every room, a 50-foot skywalk (that overlooks the Caribbean Sea and makes it feel as if you are floating above the ocean), and a spacious rooftop terrace where guests can have cocktails or wine and cheese while watching the sunset. On clear nights, guests can enjoy spectacular views of constellations and shooting stars.

Antilles Pearl Floor-by-floor

On the first floor, the spacious common area features 21-foot high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a large dining table, multiple lounge areas, and French doors that open up to the outdoor pool area.

The second floor is broken up into two primary areas - one half boasts a fully-stocked entertainment room with a custom-made pool table, card table, and home theater section while the other half features two of the guest bedrooms.

The third floor features one palatial principal bedroom suite (with a lofted office area and private terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea) and two more guest bedrooms.

With your reservation at Antilles Pearl, you'll receive complimentary non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, juice, soda, bottled water, etc., daily continental breakfast, our best-in-class bespoke butler service, and access to the best concierge in the business.

You'll also receive room turndown, laundry, and ironing/press services as well as access to kayaks, snorkeling equipment, board games, a pool table, a private pool, private tennis/basketball courts, and a private fitness center. 

Additional Information

Altamer is about a 20 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from the ferry terminal. Many popular restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches, along with a Greg Norman Signature Championship golf course are all within a 10 minute drive from the property.

Taxis can be easily arranged by the concierge, but some guests prefer to rent a vehicle for the duration of their stay. Parking is available on site. Boat excursions can be booked to nearby off shore cays as well as to the nearby islands of St Martin or St Barth's.

There is a 13% GST and 10% service charge on top of the listed rates. A chef can be booked at an additional charge.

For ease of access to the water, beach chairs are set up about 100 meters to the right of the villa.
