Nature Lover's Paradise

On our first day there we saw Snowy Egrets, Swans, Osprey, Mink, Cormorants, and too many other birds to list. The house and deck allows plenty of living space to accommodate larger families. The beach is a very short ride away. Perfect for the free access at 5:00 if you spent the day somewhere else. Sunsets are beautiful and relaxing. Kayaks are in very good shape. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

We were here in July and were so happy with our stay (me, my husband, and our two young kids and my sister and her fiance). The home is lovely and comfortable, the deck was a beautiful place to enjoy meals, it was so much fun to be able to go kayaking and fishing on the river and to explore nearby areas. The hosts were very nice and responsive. We hope to come back someday!

Fabulous!

This was my third year vacationing at this clean, well-equipped house with privacy and spectacular views. And there are lots of activities for people of all ages in Narragansett and the environs.

Best view ever!

The view is spectacular with wildlife and beautiful sunsets enjoyable from the deck. Kids love to kayak from the property or search for hermit crabs in the shallow water at the edge of the lawn. There is a lot of privacy; only two houses are barely visible from the deck. Kitchen is very well-equipped; no need to get takeout unless you want to.

Great on the water location for paddle enthusiats!

This vacation rental was great. House is situated on Narrow River with 180 degree views of the water. We brought a canoe and kayak but there were 6 or so kayaks available for our use already in the house. Set up is perfect for those who like to be on the water. Very short paddle to Narragansett ocean beach - and fine for younger children as the approach to the beach is protected by a sand bar that you can paddle up to and park your boats. House itself has good layout and is well equipped. Inside is comfortable but not so upscale that you are concerned to have children in the house. We parked four teenage girls in the bunk room - and they were OK with it - probably reminded them of their college dorm. Deck on back is fantastic - what a great view! Would

Peaceful & Relaxing

The property and home is well-maintained and clean. Very roomy for everyone including the deck. I would definitely recommend this property for families to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The kayaking was a big hit.
