......you can relax on our rooftop 14 x 13 patio and enjoy the ocean views, breezes and smells, listen to the sounds of the waves foghorns, sea-bells, and sometimes sea lions. A spotting scope, tripod and binoculars are available to get a little closer to the birds, boats, and if you're lucky, whales!!
Play board games in daytime or stargaze at night. There are upstair chairs, a table, and an umbrella and safety gates as well.
......Outside patio is equipped with a Weber Charcoal BBQ, (Do not provide charcoal), and outdoor kitchen with hot and cold water; patio table, chairs, umbrella. Enjoy your favorite beverage with outside dining, or sit around the firepit. (wood not provided). Locked gates and cute fenced backyard for your privacy( Firewood bundles and charcoal available all around town.)
......our home provides you and your guests one BD w/ Cal King, and extra lg shower, and 1 BD w/ Queen bed , and shower/tub combo , each with own TV, plenty of extra linens and towels. .....

......Amenities include a well appointed kitchen w/dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, w/refrig, coffee maker, toaster, and electric stove with cover. There are plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses. and utensils.

......Off-street paved parking with plenty of room for an RV or Boat. Safe neighborhood with motion lighting for safety and convenience.
..... .We are located on the south side of the Chetco River just off Oceanview. Walk down Oceanview (or drive 2 min) to Sportshaven beach to relax and read your favorite book, walk the beach, fly a kite, collect rocks, check out the cave, ( Beachchairs provided in our shed), or maybe you would like to fish or go crabbing. Charter fishing; bicycles, canoes, kayaks ,etc, are available TO RENT Remember there is even a golf course nearby, and the Chetco and Winchuck rivers to explore.....and a casino... and...breweries too.. and many weekend festivals .....best off all is that big beautiful ocean, our first love.. can see it just as you turn off on Oceanview toward our house
