The kitchen provides everything you need for a wonderful meal along with brand new appliances, cook top, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator oven and microwave. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee with an amazing fully equipped complimentary coffee bar and watch a beautiful SUNRISE!

The master suite is complete with a king size bed, super comfortable upgraded bedding, sitting area, ceiling fan and extra large walk-in closet. Relax in the evenings with your private 55" wall mounted flat screen television! Master bath has a huge all tile shower and double sinks, and extra large free standing soaking tub! This home has a split floor plan, additional bedrooms are on the other side of the house. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed and 42" flat screen television, lots of closet space, private master bath with double sinks and full size shower along with private access to the backyard patio. The third bedroom offers a super comfy queen size bed along with a 40" flat screen television. This Bedroom can utilize the full bath just across the hall with a tub/shower combo.

The back yard is a vacation within a vacation! We offer a seating area, BBQ Grill, picnic table, tree hammock, extra large firepit area and heated jacuzzi/spa and peach, plum and apple trees. Step out side the small gate and check out the beautifull gulch where deer, Javelina and other wildlife reside! You will not be disappointed relaxing with your friends and family in this beautiful backyard retreat!

There are MANY hiking trails nearby and the Famous Chapel of the Holy Cross is a short 10 minute walk away! The views are beautiful and ever-changing throughout the day. When the sun begins to set the red rocks actually glow!!!

This property is approximately 4 miles from uptown Sedona and all that it offers. With a vast variety of boutiques, restaurants, gift shops and sightseeing you will be amazed at how close you are to everything but feel 1000 miles away once you’re in the home!

Located on nearly 1/3 of an acre, you will not find another property like this around, with its beautiful decor, attention to detail, amazing yard and all that it has to offer!

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. coffee, sugar, hot chocolate, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Other Items:

Hot Tub is professional maintained and cleaned weekly. We recommend showering prior to usage. A $150 fee is applied for cleanings that require the hot tub to drained and refilled.
Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming and use of Spa/Hot tub/Jacuzzi is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of Spa. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and the use of a hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person with health risks, or if a person swims/uses the hot tub, while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and use of Spa. All guests occupying the property acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO and all other Guests.
