Our host was wonderful! We loved the Christmas decor and all the touches of home that were provided. It was quiet, clean, comfy and the kitchen supplies were awesome. The property and pool were beautiful! a true oasis!

Beautiful home. Quiet neighborhood. Owner responsive to any concerns. Dropped one Star because guest room television didn’t work and contacted owner immediately. Was told a new remote would be left the next morning. Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive until late the next evening and it still didn’t work.

Great Stay

The house was really nice, and the pool and outside area was wonderful. The pond was cool and the ducks were really funny, we had fun feeding them peas and boy do they love peas!!! The neighborhood is safe and really nice for taking walks. Kathy was a great host and we would love to stay here again.

Pretty Paradise

This home has everything: pool, pond with coi, ducks, various birds, lovely yard. Quiet neighborhood and a great location to stores and restaurants. Home has a great layout, divided floor plan for bedrooms. We had a wonderful vacation visiting family and friends.

Come and relax

Absolutely amazing stay! Everything you need is there and the property was unbelievably beautiful and peaceful. Able to relax and enjoy yourself to the fullest! Easy trip to the beach and close to grocery stores and everything you need! Highly recommend!

Amazing

Only bad thing about this place is you have to leave. Very nice place and great people to deal with. It’s close to parks, beaches, and dog parks. The pool is great.

This home was absolutely amazing, everything that was described was better than expected. Host ,was by far they best I've experienced over the years. Welcoming our cat Mia, to having everything you can amagin in house. It was truly a unlock door and make yourself comfortable because everything you need is there and ready. I will definitely come back and give this home every star imaginable. Communication, cleanliness, location, comfort I could go on forever. Thank you very much for making our stay one of a kind

So awesome :)

We felt so at home the minute we got to the house. Everything was so convenient and comfortable. We came for Christmas and Chanukah to visit family in Vero and this was the perfect spot for us! We will definitely be back :)

Oasis is correct!

We had a great time at this property, everything was working well and as described. The highlight being the 'Florida room', quite large, quiet neighborhood, great pool. For wildlife lovers, don't miss the TM Goodwin waterfowl management area - just a short drive from this home.

Awesome!

House is beautiful and spacious! The pool was amazing! And this kids absolutely loved seeing the fish and ducks in the pond ! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Home

Oasis with pool

We enjoyed this cozy home with pool. Communication with host was great! Kathy was very accommodating and added a crib to home for us. We enjoyed the pool daily and plenty of seating and pool was larger than pictures. We will be back!

We had an amazing 9 day stay at this little hidden gem. Beautiful home and pool with everything we could need or want. Lovely quiet space with pond. The neighborhood was so nice for walking. Kathy was so helpful with any questions. We will be back next year.

This is the 2nd time staying in this house and I’m glad we chose it. This house never disappoints with the cleanliness, how comfortable it is, and location. It is close enough to all of the local everyday retailers you may need. Close enough to the beach, Riverview Park, Sebastian Inlet, shopping, eating, and all of the wonderful things you find yourself doing on a vacation. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen are clean and stocked with plenty of everyday supplies, and the pool/ patio area are very relaxing and very comfortable for a great outside dinner, fun family game night, and of course plenty of sunshine for enjoying the pool. My family was extremely satisfied with our stay (including the fur baby) and like always nobody was ready to return home. The added bonus of the Koi Fish in the small pond on the property, the smaller animals (squirrels and rabbits), and all of the beautiful birds hanging out in the back and side yard area made for some added entertainment and watching in the morning and evening times. We visit Sebastian every year for 10 to 14 days and we will check for this property again next year when we decide our available dates. I would suggest this property to everyone looking for a relaxing vacation, no matter your family size or age range. Thank you to the Host and Property Manager for keeping this place nice and enjoyable.

Perfect Escape

The property offers every comfort of home and more. The private pool and its surrounding lanai, side yard and duck pond provide opportunities to disconnect from the stresses of life and escape with nature and tranquility. There are beautiful rivers, lakes and beaches within minutes as well as many great restaurants and stores for all. Kathy is a great communicator and males every effort to welcome you to this wonderful accommodation.

Relaxation with the comforts of home

We booked this home during the week of the Grant Seafood Festival which has been a traditional visit for us and my brother and sister-in-law. The location for the festival as well as local Sebastian and Vero Beach restaurants was perfect. The extra bonus was the heated pool, the pond with koi and ducks and the well furnished and and supplied home of all the needed amenities. Walking our dog through the neighborhood was a pleasure - quiet streets and friendly neighbors. We recommend staying here and will consider a return visit.
