Between bay and ocean in the heart of the largest dune site in Brittany, near Carnac and Quiberon, Plouharnel enjoys a remarkable setting with its beaches, its water sports, its many walks. Historical footprints: dolmens, menhirs, fountains and chapels. In a hamlet located 1km5 from the beach of Saint-barbe and the village.
This independent cottage, completely renovated with a modern and refined decoration, consists of a living room / lounge area, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms under high ceilings with exposed beams, (1 double bed 160x200.2 single beds 90x190), a bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet.

Outside, large terrace with garden furniture and enclosed garden not overlooked. Possibility to store bikes in a room adjoining the house. Private parking. Calm environment.

Very nice vacation home

Nicely refurbished and decorated stone house with a tasteful mix of old and new. Mme Ganne is a friendly and helpful host. The house is in a cul de sac outside of the village of Plouharnel in a quiet environment. Beaches and supermarket are not far away, but a car is recommended. This is the perfect location to explore all the beautiful beaches, sights and cities in Morbihan.

Un endroit merveilleusement calme pour se détendre.

La maison répond à tous les souhaits. Les pièces sont spacieuses, les lits d'excellente qualité et les salles de bains parfaitement équipées. La cuisine répond également à tous les souhaits. A cela s'ajoute une magnifique terrasse. Le petit village de Kerberenne est très calme, ce qui garantit la détente. Madame Ganne nous a très gentiment accueillis avec un délicieux Far Breton fait maison ! Pour les commerces, il faut certes une voiture ou au moins un vélo, mais tout est à 5-10 minutes, même la magnifique plage de Saint Barbe. Les excursions ne manquent pas non plus : Carnac, Concarneau, Lorient ou Vannes sont facilement accessibles.

Im Land der Bretonen

Eine wunderbare Reise in die Bretagne liegt hinter uns. Das Haus war sehr schön die Lage etwas außerhalb. Sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist wie in der Bretagne üblich, ein Teil eines Gut- oder Bauernhofes. Die Gebäude werden parzelliert und renoviert und vermietet. Die alten Häuser aus diesem wunderschönen Stein und die moderne Einrichtung passen sehr gut zusammen. Einfach wunderbar. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und freundlich. Leider hat sie uns im Vorhinein keine Info zu Kaution in bar, Kosten für Wäschepaket und Stromverbrauch genannt, so dass wir erst vor Ort davon erfahren haben. Wir haben uns dann aber geeinigt. Wie gesagt, sehr freundlich. Der erste Eindruck wäre mit der konkreten Vorabinformation zu den zusätzlichen Kosten aber noch besser gewesen. Sollte auch von der Agentur übernommen werden. Hier fehlen konkrete Angaben. Wie würden jederzeit wieder in das schöne Haus fahren!

Das cottage ist modern hergerichtet unf eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Alles ist neuwertig, sauber und ordentlich. Die Gastgeberin Anne ist freundlich, die Übergabe unkompliziert. Die Gegend ist vielseitig, Strand, Fahrrad und Wandern ist möglich. Daneben kann man mit dem Auto Quimperlé, Vannes, Concarneau oder auch Pont-Aven sehr gut erreichen. Insgesamt 6 von 5 Sternen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ländlicher, ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie ist umfangreich ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Eine schöne Gartenterrasse mit aufklappbarem Sonnenschirm lädt zum verweilen ein. Auch ein Gartengrill ist vorhanden, der von uns rege benutzt wurde. Plouharnel kann man in 15min zu Fuß erreichen, Strand gut mit Fahrrad. Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und nett.

Sehr schönes und modernes Haus. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage, aber alles gut erreichbar. Fahrräder sind empfehlenswert. Die Dünenlandschaft, Meer und Strand sind wunderbar und waren in unserer Reisezeit nicht überlaufen. Surfen ist hervorragend möglich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten das Haus zu finden, da die FeWo- App nicht funktionierte und das Navi uns zunächst vorbeigeführt hat. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Ein Willkommenskuchen stand bereit!

Ein modern eingerichtetes Haus, sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet, ausgestattet mit allem. Gute Lage so allen möglichen Aktivitäten, Auto ein muss. Was uns nicht so gefiel ist der Garten, eine Rasenfläche eingesäumt von einer Mauer, schade, aber auch notwendig.

Das Haus ist sehr schön neu renoviert. In der Küche sind alle Utensilien vorhanden, die man braucht. Viel Ablagefläche in den Bädern vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher auf Anfrage erhältlich. Schöner Garten mit Liegemöbel und Grill. Strand und Supermarkt mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

Deze woning is ideaal voor koppel met 1 of 2 kinderen. Goed uitgeruste keuken, 2 badkamers, comfortabele bedden, mooi ommuurd tuintje met terras inclusief meubilair. Ligging is bijzonder goed, dichtbij Carnac, Quiberon, Auray en slechts enkele minuten van prachtig strand St. Barbe. 1 minpuntje, slechts een zitbank voor 2 in het salon. 2e zitbank of zetel zou aangewezen zijn. Zeer vriendelijke en gedienstige eigenaars. We komen hier zeker terug.
