Our 150 m² villa is located in a very quiet area.
Second floor: entrance hall, separate WC, separate living room, fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room and giving access to the terraces, bathroom with WC, 1 double bedroom (bed 140), 1 children's bedroom (bed 90), veranda with barbecue.
Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms (beds 160 & 160 separable), 1 shower room.
Villa fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, wifi internet access, barbecue, linen provided (sheets on request).
Baby accessories available on request (cot, high chair, baby bath) at no extra charge.
Housework extra charge
Outside: private 8*4 swimming pool with protective cover for children, south-facing terrace, flat wooded grounds of approx. 2000m² with gate, pétanque court.
Owner on site in a neighbouring studio, not overlooked.

Possibility of renting this villa for 4 people at preferential rates.

Peaceful Provencal village. A 5-minute drive away, you can enjoy a day of hiking, pedal-boating/canoeing/rowing at Lac de St Cassien, gliding at the Centre International.

Good house with suboptimal setting

House is nice, ok equipped but also not great for that price category. Spacious. Location is close to some villages, as one can see the sea is a bit of a drive. Landlord appears to live in the house if not rented out: that causes challenges as the landlord lives on the same premises, we felt corrected and watched all the time. Landlord is kind but then comes and tells us off for all sorts of minor stuff that is not worth mentioning it. A plastic piece of the pool filter broke while we were there (old and porous) landlord accused us of having done that deliberately and asked to pay for the repair. No, not for a family holiday everbody has been waiting for the whole year, sorry

Superbe séjour en famille. La maison et le jardin sont très spacieux. L'équipement de la maison est très complet. Le jardin est superbe avec la piscine, le terrain de pétanque, les jeux... et les nombreux espaces où se poser sont très agréables. La situation de la maison est idéale pour aller visiter le coin avec les villages, le bord de mer, le lac... Evelyne a été très accueillante et disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Traumhafte Villa

Wir waren 2 Familien mit jeweils einem Teenager und hatten ausreichend Platz in der großen Villa. Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar relativ klein, aber zum Schlafen reicht es völlig. Ansonsten ist das Haus mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Super schön sind die Antiquitäten und die geschmackvollen dekorativen Details überall, ohne dass es zu überladen wirkt. Der Außenbereich bietet mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten und für allerlei Aktivitäten ist auch alles da! (Toller Pool - immer top gepflegt! Tischtennis Platte, Boule Platz, Trampolin etc.) Auch die Lage des Hauses ist spitze! Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man in kurzer Zeit am Meer, am Stausee, in den Städten an der Côte d' Azur oder in den malerischen Bergdörfern. Auch zu Weingütern oder Ölmühlen ist es nicht weit! Ebenso sind Geschäfte zum täglichen Bedarf in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin wohnt in einem kleinen Studio mit auf dem Grundstück. Sie ist super hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend und hat alles getan um unseren Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen (ohne dass wir es mitbekommen haben, weil sie für uns eigentlich unsichtbar war) vielen lieben Dank Evelyne für tolle Ferien! Wir empfehlen das Haus in jedem Fall weiter!

Une belle villa provençale, dans un cadre au calme mais proche des commodités. Une hôte a l’écoute, mais d’une discrétion exemplaire. Je recommande fortement ! Merci à Evelyne pour son accueil et la petite surprise à l’arrivée dans le super frigo dénote le plaisir de recevoir de la propriétaire. Sans hésitation !!!!

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans la très jolie maison d’Evelyne, bien équipée, propre et très pratique. L’extérieur est fantastique : super belle piscine, jeux pour enfants, boulodrome etc… Bref. Un séjour très réussi au milieu d’une région magnifique.

Wunderschönes Haus mit freundlicher und sehr gastfreundlich ja Vermieterin. Alle Angaben in der Beschreibung waren zutreffend. Wir haben wundervolle drei Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und würden es wieder tun.

De très belles vacances !

Ce message pour remercier Evelyne pour notre dernier séjour en juillet. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette propriété et votre accueil e a été particulièrement apprécié. La maison absolument impeccable, très bien équipée est pourvue d'un terrain bien aménagé (avec une partie ping-pong, pétanque et une partie jardin qui nous a permis d'y installer un terrain de badminton), de 2 barbecues et d'une piscine très bien entretenue qui a fait le bonheur de toute la famille. La partie terrasse est très chaleureuse et nous nous sommes sentis à notre aise dès le premier jour et jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour. La maison est belle et spacieuse et Evelyne a été d'une complète discrétion. Merci à vous qui avez pris le soin de nous rendre ce séjour très agréable ;-) et de nous permettre de passer de très belles vacances.

Excellent séjour dans la villa d'Evelyne

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette très belle villa. Tout était proche de la perfection: - Gentillesse de notre hôte Evelyne. Communication parfaite avant l'arrivée et durant le séjour. D'une douceur extrême avec les enfants. - Superbe maison avec beaucoup d'espace. Pièces de vie très vastes. Maison hyper équipée (également en matériel pour enfants). Tout était également très propre à notre arrivée. - Grand jardin magnifiquement entretenu et ombragé. Magnifique piscine à bonne température pour les enfants et sécurisée (bâche de sécurité). Seul (petit) point à signaler, il fait relativement chaud dans les 2 chambres de l'étage. Une climatisation serait la bienvenue. Pour le reste tout était parfait. Merci à Evelyne pour ce magnifique séjour.

Casa totalmente recomendable

Esta es una casa magnífica. Tiene capacidad sobrada para ocho personas, jardín y piscina, y todo está perfectamente cuidado. Está muy bien situada para conocer el sureste de Francia. La dueña de la casa vive en un anexo pero prácticamente no nos cruzamos con ella salvo cuando nosotros lo necesitamos. Es absolutamente recomendable para cualquiera que quiera conocer la zona.
