Lovely spacious apartment in ideal location

The apartment is in an ideal location to explore the beautiful harbour city of La Rochelle. The apartment itself was spacious which was perfect as my wife is a wheelchair user. There is a very large balcony overlooking the quiet inner courtyard where the cars are parked. The contact with the host was all very easy and amicable. It was very clean and had everything we needed, although we brought our own bedding. The only slightly negative thing was being charged another 30 Euros by the host to park our car for 6 days. This surprised us greatly as there was no suggestion of this in the advertisement and it was an allocated parking space for the property so we assumed it was covered by what we had already paid.

Au calme , pas de probleme de stationnement, nous avons aimé le passeur qui nous emmenait au coeur du vieux port pour une ballade dans la vieille ville.

Excellent séjour

l'appartement est spacieux, très bien agencé et très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié sa situation, non loin à pied du vieux port et dans un quartier très calme et très agréable. Proximité de la plage des minimes et de la superette à pied très appréciée. Très bon accueil de Jeanne . Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter

Séjour appréciable dans un bel appartement tranquille

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans un appartement spacieux,lumineux, dans une résidence calme et sécurisée. Chaque soir nous avons profiter de promenade au bord du vieux port. Seul bémol a été la propreté à l'arrivée (les derniers locataires ne s'étaient pas trop attardés sur cette étape avant leur départ...) et un acceuil quelque peu "expéditif" de la personne s'occupant de la remise des clés (un tour rapide de l'appartement sans état des lieux, et juste une explication sur le départ pour remettre les clés). Mais pour ce qui est des propriétaires ce sont des personnes très sympathiques à notre écoute.
