Blue Rose Cabins - Overlook Cabin

One bed, one bath with an open floor plan with the bathroom seperate. Full size bed with a comfy quilt. CD/DVD player. Fully Equipped Kitchen, including Microwave, Stove with Oven, Coffee Maker, Pots and Pans, and Utensils. Has a wrap around deck! Located in the heart of Hocking Hills!

We have 16 cabins on a total of 30 acres. We have a wide range of cabins from couples cabins up to cabins that sleep 10 guest. All of our cabins have hot tubs. Located in the heart of Hocking Hills! So many fun activites in the Hocking Hills region including rock climbing and rapelling, hiking, horseback riding, exploring Old Man's Cave, riding ATV's, petting zoos, etc. the list goes on and on. So many restaurants/bars and antique shops to choose from.

Cabin was clean. The property not so much. Rotten bails of straw and insulation under and around cabin. Hot tub had dirt and alge around filter strain despite being over chlorinated. Road leading to the cabin is horrible. If you have a car or low sitting SUV, forget it.

You need a truck , jeep or 4x4 to get to the cabin. There were bees on the deck, a hive is under the deck!! The bed was the worst! Everything else was great though!

I liked the property but their was some things listed that was false. What I mean it said there was a king bed and it wasn’t, so didn’t get much rest at all. Also said it had WiFi and it didn’t . We watched dvds that they had there. The listing said it had all of this and it didn’t. I was disappointed with it.

The people from blu rose cabins are very helpful and give you a good value for your own cabin.

We have stayed at many Blue Rose cabins, this is one of their smaller ones with a smaller bed for two people. The cabin was clean and when we needed something They accommodated us. Its very nice to stay in a place with such a friendly and helpful staff if ever needed. Great communication. Location I gave 3 stars for the distance you drive on a gravel road but many people like to be far back like this, just make sure you have 4 x4. I would recommend their cabins to people as a good location.

My boyfriend and I decided to rent out their cabin for two nights August 9th-11th, we were very excited and looking forward to it. It was a nice, small cabin, something for a nice get away. Although we were disappointed about a few things, when we had walked in the first thing we noticed was a note from housekeeping leaving their cashapp for money for anyone to leave a tip, okay that’s understandable UNTIL we saw wrappers from candy/chips inside of the couch. another thing we noticed was that there were two lice bugs that were dead, one inside of the hot tub and the other in the bathroom sink, not something someone wants to see inside of their cabin and i’m sure it was probably from someone prior but still disappointing. Another thing we’d like to point out, on our last day during checkout it was storming badly, to the point there was water from the rain leaking inside of the cabin from the back sliding door. I just felt there were a few flaws, other than that visiting hocking hills made up for the inconvenience.

If your looking for being in the deep woods this is the place for you. It’s nice but bed could be bigger. For 2 people it’s too small, pillows are are flat so bring your own. I thought it might be cleaned better, bathroom still had toothpaste splatter everywhere on sink and mirror, fridge still hade spilled milk in it. Just an fyi there is no cable or WiFi. Barely any cell service either. If your into hikeing and outdoors this is your place. Not my cup of tea.

Everything was great besides the bathroom door was locked when we arrived, and took 1 hour and 45 min to be unlocked. The stove also took a long time to heat up before cooking. The rest was great.

Loved this little cabin. So cozy. It was rough getting to it. Glad we had a 4 wheel drive. It was really dusty. I had to wipe things down because I'm allergic to dust. But everything else was good.

Overall was a great stay and had everything we needed.

Bed was broken and concaved in the middle. Hot tub was also low on water. Other than that the accommodation was very clean and easy to find. Loved the location and remoteness.
