No Frills Good Value Accommodation in Nice Location

The apartment was in a small block of apartments only a short walk from the coast. You could easily walk to a nice beach and bar. There was an excellent boulangerie and seafood place within a few minutes. The apartment (No2) had plenty of space and was clean and tidy. It had a small outside seating area that lost the sun in the afternoon. A very minimalist apartment that had just about everthing you needed, but lacked any nice touches. The host, Nicolas, was very helpful and friendly and provided excellent communication

Location tres agréable

Location tres agréable . Seul bémol, la première plage est à 1,2 km à pieds et la 2 eme à plus de 2 kms. Les deux seuls commerces à proximité sont une boulangerie et une poissonnerie.

Everything fine. Just needed a simple TV set in our unit. Also a rather old kitchen table and its three chairs could do with an upgrade.

Gite bien equipé et bien situé.

Terrasse et jardin agréable avec sa cabane a jeux parfaite pour les enfants. Très bon accuiel du propriétaire avec guide d'activités et des restos très appréciable.

appartement bien de plein pied agréable cartier très calme super parking sur la propriété ,literie très bien lit en 1,80 m pas loin de ST palais-sur-mer centre petit reproche pas de télé voila pourquoi quatre étoiles ,proprietaire très sympas et agréable .

Vacances à refaire sans hesitations.

Super accueil chaleureux et convivial de la part du propriétaire . L'appartement est tres propre et fonctionnel.le jardin partagé est ideal pour les enfants. L'appartement se situe à proximite des plages, des commerces,restaurants et de chemins en bord de mer pratiquables en poussette ou à velo. La région est magnifique.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable weekend au calme, juste à côté de la mer. L'appartement comprend tout le nécessaire et reste au frais malgré les très fortes chaleurs du moment. Merci à Nicolas pour son accueil, notre weekend était juste parfait.

Logement très bien équipé

Logement très bien équipé, a 100 m de la plage et à 5 mn de st palais en voiture, les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie agréable, le propriétaire très sympa. Je recommande cette location vraiment très agréable.
