The villa features air conditioning, a dressing room, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products and a washing machine.
Note that the cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
Air conditioning is available only in the first floor bedrooms. excessive consumption may result in additional charges to be paid on site. Additional persons can be accepted on request.
