This charming, newly furnished and renovated two bedroom unit is the perfect backdrop for your beach vacation. This second floor unit has all the comforts of home, a wonderful view and an ideal location. Two queen beds plus a sofa sleeper.

This is a great location to use as a home base to explore nearby Cedar Point, Put N Bay, Kelley’s Island and much more. A short walk to Gem Beach Marina.

Gem Beach

We had a great time at the condo on the beach. The views of the lake and Lake Erie Islands were spectacular. Gem Beach, especially being right on the beach is a true "gem."

Great time on Gem Beach!

Another great week at Gem beach. This is the fourth time we’ve rented the same place. Brian is great, very responsive. Location is amazing. Sunrises on the porch, steps down to the beach without having to pack a cooler or worry about the bathroom.

Truly a “GEM” of a Beach

Well maintained grounds and beach. Unit is clean and functional. Marvelous screened in porch (beach front). Friendly neighbors, family focused.

Great location

This is our 3rd year coming to Gem Beach. Best location you can get, right on the beach. No need to lug all your coolers and beach gear. Owner provides beach chairs. Don't forget bed linens and towels!
