Welcome to my beautiful home! You want to have a cultural visit? Shopping? Going to the beach? Do some sightseeing? Or just relax with family and / or friends? Come visit my house! Despite the great location just two minutes from the main park BarcelonaEl Park Güell, the rooms are quiet and silent. This home is the perfect place to stay when you decide to spend your weekend or vacation in Barcelona! Why? First, it is perfectly located near Guell Park, the largest park in the center of Barcelona and on the other hand, you have all the connections, the green line metro (L3) and bus. In 10 minutes by tube to the central point of Barcelona, ​​Plaça Catalunya. as well as the famous street of La Rambla, the historic Gothic Quarter with the Cathedral of Barcelona is located a stone's throw away and if you take the metro L4, 2 stations to take you to get to the beach. But if you prefer a nice walk to discover the Gracia with all the little shops, markets and restaurants. And after a day emphasizing visiting new places is great to relax in the garden Despite the central location, you will have a good sleep in the house because the street and the neighborhood is quiet. The house is brand new • 7 bedrooms (3 triples, 3 doubles, 1 single) • 4 bathrooms • new fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher) and washer • large living room with big screen TV and Wifi • Garden-2-private Parking • by plane, you can take the bus that goes directly from the terminal to Plaça Catalunya. From there you can take a taxi if you like it comfortable. Alternatively, take the green line metro (L3) to Vallcarca. Prices are simple: 6 people pay a fixed price basis. The owner was timely and communicated well for arrival and key handoff. The location was ideal relative to the metro lines and available grocery/restaurants. Parking was a little tight, so would recommend a small sedan. The rooms at night were a little too warm unless the bedroom doors were left open as the air conditioning is only located in the main connecting spaces.

Excellent property and first class hosts!

Our family had a great trip to Barcelona. The property is massive with 4 full baths and 7 bedrooms. A great backyard for the kids to run around and location was great. You will not be disappointed with this property.

A perfect place to stay at, even for larger groups (we were 10). Everything you can ask for is there and if you miss something you can get it in 10 minutes. Dolors was super friendly and helped us to have a nice time. We all can recommend this house!!!

Perfect Spot

This is a large space and our extended family of 10 found it to be lovely. Convenient to Metro. Quiet neighborhood. We walked to local restaurants all week. Very good kitchen set up. Host was available via text for questions.

Perfect for our large family vacation

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Dolors was very responsive to any questions I had leading up to the stay. The location and property was also ideal for our large group (8 adults and 5 children 1yr-9yr). There were multiple groceries stores close by, which we went to daily :), as well as easy access to the metro and bus. Highly recommend for large groups!

Beautiful home near Park Guell

7 bedroom, 3.5 baths, several lounge areas, dining room and well equipped kitchen. Our extended family of 14 were very comfortable In this home. Convenient to the Metro, groceries an Park Guell. The outdoor patio and living room were great for gathering and for children to play. Dolors was a wonderful host that communicated well and offered great advice. She provided everything for a fun family vacation. We slept well on very comfortable beds in the quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful house but not enough space for 15 people

We were a group of 15 and discovered that 2 of the beds, are in common arias and not in rooms as described in the announcement. There was no place for all of us around the dining table as well. The house is clearly for 13 people not more. Otherwise the house is wonderful, clean, situated in a hilly area next to park Guel. There was a supermarket really nearby, there are not too many restaurants in the proximity. The host was very flexible for early check and late check out.

Good location but disappointing property

There were 6 of us to enjoy & celebrate significant birthdays. 2 of the girls had slight mobility issurs but as the property said there was a lift, we didn't envisage a problem. There was no lift & it is still listed as there being one. The 2 girls stayed on the entrance level but one bedroom had just a hook for storage & nothing else. Their shower room was extremely tiny & they were unable to bend down in the shower so had to use the shower downstairs. In the shower room above there was somwthing nasty on the wall which we photographed & sent to the owner. We cleaned it off as it was unpleasant. The bathroom sink unit needs replacing - it has lost bits of the paintwork. The attic room was spacious but there was only a clothes rail. No chest of drawers but just a small lamp table to put make up etc. The roller blind had been slashed. The kitchen was big enough but the granite was broken by the hob. The cutlery was basic & one of the knives had paint on.The photos of the lounge were taken with only 1 sofa in to make it look spacious. The dining room chairs were different & had ill fitting covers on them. The garden looked lovely in the photo but in reality the furniture was very different. We had cheap plastic chairs, one of which was cracked. The garden sofa wasn't there & the one chair was broken. Very misleading. The whole property was needing some love & updating. It could also have been cleaner.The property was well situated for getting the bus or metro.

Just to clarify, the apartment has never been listed as having a lift. I always try to provide honest and clear information to all guests. Locatie goed. Kamers vooraan veel last van lawaai straat. Bepaalde zakens , zoals kasten keuken en kamers hebben een opfrissing nodig.Maar al bij al hebben wij met ons 10 een mooie vakantie gehad.

Super séjour

Nous étions une famille de treize avec adultes, ado et jeunes enfants. Le nombre de chambres et de lits nous a permis de nous repartir confortablement dans la maison sans se gêner en utilisant les trois niveaux et de nous retrouver tous ensemble pour l’apéritif et les repas en utilisant la table de jardin. La cuisine spacieuse et bien équipée nous a permis de préparer les repas. Il serait peut-être bon de rajouter un plus grand faitout et d’autres verres ballons. Attention si vous garez votre voiture dans le garage( très appréciable): la pente est très forte et il est préférable de se garer en marche arrière près du mur du côté gauche de la voiture. Dolorès est très agréable et réactive quand on téléphone. Nous recommandons.

Großes Haus mit guter Anbindung

Das Haus ist für große Gruppen sehr gut geeignet. 6 Schlafzimmer und ausreichend Bäder. Terrasse mit kleinem Garten macht es möglich nach den Erlebnissen des Tages auszuruhen. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie Metro und Bus kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Ebenso einen Supermarkt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Leider wussten wir nicht das wir den Müll entsorgen müssen, deshalb gab es kleine Unstimmigkeiten bei der Abreise. Für nächste Mieter vielleicht nochmal separat drauf hinweisen.

Enjoyed Barcelona

We stayed in Barcelona from September 3 to 10. The property was situated in a safe neighborhood with quick access to the subway. Dolores was very accessible to us. If we had one suggestion, it would be to better stock the kitchen. All in all, great stay.

Enjoyable but not perfect.

The property had plenty of space for 10 of us but could use a little updating. Most things worked well but we ran into a few glitches. It was also stocked fairly well but could’ve used a few extra towels for the bathrooms and kitchen. Great location very close to a metro station.

lovely stay in the Park Guell house

Lovely place near park güell - very clean and well stocked. It’s a bit of a trek into town, but the metro is fast and we quickly figured out the lines. Nice to have a large house for all of our family members! Thank you Dolors!

Barcelona for a large family

Dolors home is a great place for a family to stay in Barcelona--it is in a quiet neighborhood with groceries, restaurants, and bakeries near by. A very short walk to the bus or a about 10 minutes to the metro gets you right to the center of the city.. Dolors is helpful with information on the area and her house!

This home is special and has hidden corners, large windows, terraces with views of Montjuic, the garden and its tranquility.
When you wake up in the morning and hear the birds really are in the city center but in a residential area very rare thing in a city.
There are four bedrooms with access to the terrace and garden view.
This house, my house just trying to take care reform and pamper all the details to make it more comfortable without losing the essence, a large family home where a great space to share with friends
