2 bedroom cottage at the heart of Popham Beach. Located just steps off of the beach behind the former Percys store and very close to Fort Popham. There are two cottages on the property. This listing is for one of the two units.

The house is undergoing the following renovations, which will be completed approximately April 1, 2019.

- All new exterior shingle siding & paint
- New kitchen cabinets & appliances
- All new furniture, including bedding & mattresses
- All new and enlarged bathroom with stand up tiled shower
- New flat screen TV & hi-speed internet

Beautiful location, very comfortable cottage , awesome homeowners.

We were fortunate to be one of the first tenants. The cottage is well appointed and very comfortable. The owners were very approachable and committed to making our vacation the best it could be. Thank you both for a great vacation at Popham.
