We LOVED this property. It was precisely as described. The beach is quite literally steps away from our patio. They property is maintained beautifully and the manager, Sherry, is so very kind. We will be back!!!

Beautiful Unit

This unit is so peaceful and private. Would stay here again! Very reasonable for what you get. Beach chairs and coolers to use which is a lovely plus. Maybe a small beach umbrella would be helpful. Thank you for sharing such a lovely property with us.

Cozy Condo in Kihei

There is nothing better than walking out your back door, heading across a healthy lawn and landing on a sweet beach that is never crowded. We loved the location, the easy vibe of Kihei, and the well appointed kitchen. We would stay here again.

A great stay for 2 weeks

The place we stayed was right on the beach and made for a great time. The location in Kihei was ideal for our needs and activities. We will remember our trip fondly, especially the sunsets we'd walk right out from our unit to view.

Comfy spot for 2

Place was just the right amount of space for me and my daughter. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the view. Pool was nice too. North Kehei is not my favorite place on the island but it makes getting to all the other parts of the island very convenient. Definitely plan to drive about 15-30 minutes to get to beaches with great snorkeling. And if you want to watch on-demand movies, bring your Apple TV or use your computer. TV in unit works great for regular tv. Had a lovely stay.

Perfect home steps away from the ocean

Aloha!! We really enjoyed our stay at Kealia Resort. The house was even better than expected. The location was spectacular, literally footsteps from the ocean. It was also centrally located to get to different parts of Maui. The host were amazing in making sure we are fully equipped for all our vacation needs. There was everything available for us that we could have hoped for. We would love to stay here again, next time we visit Maui.

This is one of the best furnished and supplied homes we’ve stayed in. They have everything you need to feel at home. Only one small issue was the ac was not adequate to keep the bedroom cool at night. With windows and doors open the ocean breeze was amazing. We just didn’t feel comfortable leaving windows open at night.

We only stayed four nights and wish we had spent our entire visit at this location. Condo was clean and pest free. Very quiet and other guest/residents were friendly and accommodating. 101 had plenty of room for a couple and facilities such as bathroom, kitchen, internet access, etc. were all in good shape. Only a few steps from the pool and plus ten to the beach. Location allowed us to have reasonable access to the entire island. Sherry the property manager was wonderful and very helpful.

A delightful oasis

It's perfect for 2 people; I think it would be tight for 3. But many full wall mirrors and windows bring in lots of light and help the small unit feel spacious and airy. The bed was large and very comfortable. Quality of linens and towels is high, and it was nice surprise to find available snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, pool noodles, and boogie boards in the closet for use!I'd go back to this unit again. Only disappointment was there didn't seem to be an exterior light for the lanai, so couldn't sit outside after dark.

Beautiful

I loved much about this property. It was beautiful and clean although I did have to clean off the lanai table when I first came. Hard to keep up with the sand, but I just got there after check in time. I let the management know that it was time to clean the picture window facing the ocean. When you have such a wonderful view its really nice to have a clear view. The only problem I had was the noise outside my place when people were using the pool and the bush trimming early on my first morning which prevented me from meditating and later having coffee outside. I didn’t know this was going to happen (maybe a caveat would be helpful) or if it would be repeated. I would come back but rent a unit not directly next to the pool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kealia 101 has always been our favourite unit to rent, located just steps from the beach. The owners have recently upgraded the furniture and the bed, linens and towels, beach chairs. The washer & dryer are due to be replaced as I had issues with it wrecking several articles of clothing,Sherry from the office was great to get a appliance guy in but the wait for new units is three weeks, typical with island delivery, so hoping there will be no issues next year. Dishwasher gave some problems but again Sherry had it addressed quickly. Norma Jean keeps the pool and grounds spotless and always has a quick smile and say Aloha. Sherry and Norma Jean addressed every issue quickly and professionally, these women are the reason this building is our favourite place to holiday. We are so looking forward to our return trip to 101 in 2023.

Paradise in 101 at Kealia Resort

Well stocked with kitchen items, nice dishes and glasses, lots of baking dishes. The patio table and chairs are getting to the stage of needing to be replaced. Sherry the onsite manager is amazing and takes care of any concerns immediately.
