Penthouse Oceanfront Condo - PH28. 180 Degree Direct Ocean Views!

Welcome to Sugar Beach Resort Penthouse 28. Our condo was completely remodeled in September, 2019 including a new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, and newly smooth textured and painted walls throughout. We installed new cabinets, new quartz countertops, new stainless appliances, and decorated the condo with all new quality and comfortable furniture including a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with an upgraded mattress. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a large smart flatscreen tv in living room.

PH28 is a very private top floor direct oceanfront condo. Our condo is designed such that you have total privacy from the neighbors on either side - even on the balcony. Your direct ocean view is nothing but the beach and endless ocean!! The posted photos of the view were taken by me from our balcony. That is the actual view.

Our condo also has central air conditioning which is rare for maui condos - keep the inside at whatever temperature makes you the most comfortable. The condo is tastefully equipped with everything you will need including beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler etc.

The complex has elevators for easy access from the condo to the beach and beautiful oceanfront pool, spa, and BBQs. The grounds are manicured and the grass leads you right to be beach, only steps away. There is an activities booking company in the lobby for you to take advantage of Maui's sights and excursions, or just relax all week and do nothing.

Sugar Beach is conveniently located on the west side of Maui. It is approximately 15 minutes from the airport (and Costco!), 15-20 minutes north of Wailea and 30 minutes south of Kaanapali and Lahaina.

Free parking including covered parking and no resort fees or hidden fees. Finally, please note Sugar Beach Resort closes their pool the second week of September each year for annual maintenance. Please inquire about discounted rates for this week.

Amazing honeymoon getaway

The condo was clean, beautiful and had an amazing view with a very short walk to a quiet, not busy beach. Kevin was available for any questions I had and made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. The location is close to downtown Kihei and plenty of food and entertainment options. My wife and I discovered Maui on our honeymoon in 1997 and we have been vacationing there ever since (as much as possible!). Our goal is make our condo as comfortable and relaxing as possible, not only for ourselves and family, but also for you.

Why they chose this property

Sugar Beach Resort has some of the best balcony views in Maui and is west facing so the sunsets are breathtaking. The balcony is also very private - you are 100% separated from your neighbors and being on the top floor it is quiet, other than the sound of the waves! We love this property because it's in a peaceful and quiet area. Oceanfront view condos in Wailea and Makenna generally cost $800-$1200 per night and up. Sugar Beach Resort has better ocean views than most condos in Wailea for significantly less money. The beach is also longer than any other white sandy beach in Maui, and most of the beach has no condos or hotels.
