Studio of 37 m2 located in the residence Miramar close to the port (150 m), the beach (150 m) and the center of Banyuls (500 m)

Living room overlooking the port of Banuyls (sleeping sofa bed for 2 persons) with a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, gas hob)
Bathroom (shower, washbasin, washing machine), separate WC,
Two bunk beds in cabin corner.

The rental is from Saturday to Saturday in summer.

Tout était parfait.L'appartement est très bien équipé. De plus quand nous sommes arrivés il n'était pas vide comme certaines locations où il faut tout acheter. il y avait du sel du poivre de l'huile du vinaigre, du liquide vaisselle...C'est très appréciable. Le lit qui semble récent, il est très confortable.le ménage était parfaitement fait. Les draps propres.Nous reviendrons c'est certain.Attention juste aux personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher, il faut gravir un certain nombre de marches avant d'arriver à la résidence.

Sejour banyuls en famille

Bon sejour à banyuls, emplacement de l'appartement proche de la mer et des animations. Parking et place privé point très positif Studio climatisé point très positif Superbe vue de l'appart. Studio spacieux pour 4 personnes. Petite remarque : remettre un carreau ou une plaque sur la porte entre le sejour et le couloir pour avoir la possibilité d'isoler ou pas avec les lits superposés. Dans l'ensemble belle semaine passée dans cet appart. Reglement supplémentaires auprès de l'agence foncia pour avoir un boitier wifi. Problème avec la prise du micro-onde resolu par nos propres moyens car on est dimanche. Retour effectué auprès de foncia. Je recommande la location de ce studio. Cordialement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce grand studio bien équipé, à deux pas du centre, du port, et de la plage. On a apprécié la clim, la place de parking, le fait que ce soit un dernier étage, avec une vue magnifique de la terrasse. A recommander.

Il y a les cailloux à la plage et dans la mer ça fait mal aux pieds. Balader les soirs Les arts aux ports, aquarium... Les activités ( jet-ski, Kayak, plongée sous marine) Les boutiques de vins fabriqué à banyuls sur Mer.

Vue superbe

Studio qui tient ses promesses dans une résidence sécurisée et au calme avec une vue superbe sur le port. A pieds, quelques marches à monter. En voiture parking avec portail et place attitrée. Canapé lit confortable seule mais à deux, je pense que cela aurait été compliqué. Mon mari faisant 1 m88. Table à repasser, fer, aspirateur, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, petit ventilateur à disposition sont un plus ! Déco sobre. Je recommande.

Le séjour dans l'ensemble c'est très bien passé. La résidence est sécurisée Le seul bémol c'est la literie qui n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes car dormir dans un clic clac 4 nuits, ce fût éprouvant !!!

Fantastic

I have just got back from 2 weeks in Banyuls sur mer. WE stayed in an apartment with the most magnificent view of the harbour. The flat was clean, big and completely met all of our requirements although air conditioning would be the icing on the cake! I would highly recommend this place. It is truly sensational.
