Villa Mariapia is located 400 m from the sea in Fontane Bianche, in the 'Selenia' residential complex equipped with a concierge service that guarantees maximum security and privacy for vacationers.
The villas are arranged along pretty flower-lined paths where you can walk or cycle, or let your children play safely. The villa has an exclusive garden with a well-kept lawn, furnished with a gazebo, tables and chairs.

It is accessed via a driveway that continues with a covered veranda furnished with tables and chairs. From another large veranda, where you can have lunch in the shade, you enter the very large living room with fireplace, sofa, armchairs and satellite television.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning.
Free WI-FI is available.
The living room leads to the kitchenette on one side, a small hallway with a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a single bedroom to which a cot can be added if necessary, and on the other side. another to a corridor where we find another double bedroom and another laundry room (with washing machine).

To signal a terrace / solarium to be able to enjoy the sun in all peace and quiet. Externally we find a shower, a sink and a barbecue.

Splendida vacanza

Tutto perfetto. La casa ha tutti i confort necessari per soggiornarvi; inserita in un contesto bellissimo, nel quale , tranquillita e sicurezza superano le 5 stelle, impagabile la veranda dove si passano serate bellissime, in compagnia. Mare spettacolare,1 minuto di macchina , qualche minuto a piedi. Il proprietario Giuseppe e puntuale e professionale. Se ricapitasse l'occasione ci tornero sicuramente!

Very nice stay in Fontane Bianche

We were two families with 4 adults and 4 young children and had a very nice stay at Peppe's place. Lot of space outside (garden, verandas), safe and mostly quiet neighbourhood, good location to reach the very nice Fontane Bianche beach, Siracusa, Noto, even restaurants and supermarkets. If there would be invested a little more on the interior (maybe a dishwasher, moskito nets in the doors and in front of every window (by now they are in the dormitories only) i would say this is a perfect place to spend your holidays in that region! Thanks a lot Peppe!

Confortevole

Villetta singola spaziosa e confortevole. Adatta a famiglia/e con bambini. Inserita in un residence privato che,di fatto,esclude il traffico esterno. Ciò contribuisce ad un'ulteriore senso di tranquillità. Volendo la spiaggia di Fontane Bianche(splendida anche se con alghe che non possono esser ripulite) e' raggiungibile a piedi(5-600 metri). A pochi minuti,comunque,si possono raggiungere altri lidi. Location comoda come base per varie escursioni(Siracusa,Noto,Riserva di Vendicari,Avola,...). Tornando all'alloggio:seppur bisognoso di un po' più di cura degli esterni,e' presente tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. Doccia esterna,biciclette ad uso gratuito,lettino per bimbi,arredo giardino...Proprietari disponibili a fornire informazioni e cordiali. Non do le 5 stelle solo perché presenti alcune pecche.Comunque la consiglio.

Maison très sympa avec un grand jardin au calme

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la maison de Giuseppe. Il est venu nous accueillir avec son cousin qui parle français, c'était très agréable. La maison est grande avec une belle terrasse et un superbe jardin. Il y a plusieurs possibilités pour manger à l'extérieur : sur la grande table à l'ombre des canisses, sur la petite table de la terrasse (super pour le petit-déjeuner), l'apéro peut se passer à l'ombre dans le canapé de la terrasse ou au soleil puisqu'il y a aussi un petit salon directement dans le jardin. Pour compléter : une balançoire, un VTT et un petit tricycle que notre fille de 11 mois a adoré. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les jolies villes de Syracuse et Noto, ou tout simplement aller à la plage. Bref nous avons passé un séjour parfait et très reposant.

ottima esperienza

Abbiamo affittato la villa in Agosto per qualche giorno, 8 adulti. La casa molto spaziosa e funzionale, il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere molto spaziose e i letti abbastanza comodi, con pochi euro in più il proprietario ci ha fornito anche lenzuola e biancheria da bagno. Tra le cose migliori la veranda, sempre fresca e ottima per pranzo, cena e serate in compagnia. Il giardino è veramente spazioso, e fornito di un BBQ che abbiamo sfruttato a dovere. Pollice alto anche per la doccia esterna, molto comoda tornando dal mare. Per raggiungere la spiaggia ci vogliono 15 minuti a piedi, distanza più che ragionevole, a poca distanza anche supermarket e negozi vari. La casa è all'interno di un residence protetto, quindi poca rumorosità e si può lasciare l'auto tranquillamente in strada (la casa ha anche un posto auto interno ma essendo in 8 noi ne avevamo 2). In generale molto soddisfatti dell'esperienza.

A spacious house to relax in.

We wre met by the friendly owners on arrival in Fontane Bianche and taken to the house, which ia as described. Apart from the living room there are two other areas for eating, the large verandah and a shaded area at the side of the house. It was too hot to use the grassed garden which takes up two sides of the house. Fontane Bianche is an area and not a town with a very few shops and bars spread along the coast road. Being 75+ we drove down to the sandy beach area which is small and about a 3 minute drive. It you want a lengthy stretch of beach then drive to Avola where the road to the Lido runs alongside a mile or so of sandy beach. Do not expect to find a row of beach-side restaurants in either Fontane Bianche of Avola. In Fontane Bianche we only came across one, "La Spiaggetta" which we used twice with a main course and drink coming to about 20 Euros per person. On our last three days we found the "Paper Moon" in the square in front of the Church in Cassibile, where you come off the main road/autostrada from Catania Airport. On our second and third visits we were treated as friends and given complimentary Sicilian dishes to try. A main course and drink came to about 11 Euros per person. There is a small road which runs from outside the housing complex into Cassabile which is about a three minute drive away. There is also a small supermarket on this road when you get to the one way system on entering Cassibile. On the return journey look out for the start of the one way system which makes you turn right half way down, instead of going straight on. If you want a wider selection of restaurants then you have to go to the old town, Ortygia, in Syracuse or to the baroque town of Noto, both about half an hour away, unless you get lost trying to interpret the confusion array of local direction signs which you will come across!! The house is a good location if you want to visit Syracuse, Noto and Etna, as we did.

bellissima e funzionale

Siamo arrivati il 22 agosto e la prima cosa che ci ha colpito è stato il giardino e la veranda dove abbiamo passato, in compagnia di un leggero venticello, delle piacevoli serate. l'interno è funzionale e comodo ci sono dei ventilatori che sono serviti x le serate afose. il bagno è uno solo (e noi eravamo 8) ma nn è stato un problema perché quasi tutti preferivano farsi la doccia fuori in giardino. il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile.. e fa una pizza buonissima! unica pecca a Fontane Bianche ci sono pochi negozi però basta andare al paese vicino
