Spacious house completely renovated on the pink granite coast (Côtes d'Armor)

This house, for 6 people, is ideally located in the center of the Pink granite coast in the immediate vicinity of Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h, Trégastel, and Trébeurden.

Completely renovated in 2017, it has on the ground floor:
a living space consisting of a living room (with television, DVD, free Wi-Fi connection)
an open fitted kitchen (with oven, microwave, combined freezer, dishwasher, washing machine).
a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed near the bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Upstairs are 2 independent bedrooms and a bathroom with WC: a bedroom with 1 140cm bed with distant sea view, and 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds.
(possibility of an additional bedroom with 2 90cm beds available on request).
Provision of a cot and a high chair if necessary.

Outside enjoy a private garden with garden furniture and barbecue, private parking.

shops, beaches and numerous activities within 5 minutes: GR34, Trégastel forum swimming pool, St Samson golf course, horse riding centers, tree climbing course, Radôme activity park.

Lovely comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped house in a quiet rural location, 10-15 mins or so to Lannion centre or to the beaches around Tregastel. The hosts were charming and helpful and made every effort with my appalling French. Would earnestly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great stay in this fantastic house.

This is a brilliant house to stay in. It’s location is fantastic with so many beautiful beaches all super close. A car is essential though, which we had thankfully. The house itself is lovely. It did have a slightly musty smell about it when we entered, but it seems very clean and it’s not a problem. We may have just been there early in the season and the house just needs a bit more airing. The beds are very comfortable. The the kids room is great, they were delighted! The owners are also very lovely and welcoming. Our French isn’t great and they spoke mostly French, but it’s was easy enough to understand their tour around the house. They alas Respond very quickly to messages Wuxi can easily be translated, so no problem there. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Brittany and I will certainly recommend this house to anyone.

Prachtige grote stijlvolle en gemoderniseerde woning. De woonkamer en slaapkamers zijn in het echt groter en mooier dan op de foto's. Mooie ruime oprit met heel veel ruimte om auto's te parkeren. De tuin is verbluffend groot en heel goed verzorgd. Genoeg schaduw plekjes en hele mooie uitzichten en veel privacy. WiFi is goed. Huis heeft geen minpunten. De omgeving is ook supermooi. Hele vriendelijke eigenaren. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is indrukwekkend. We zouden hier zo weer komen. Bedankt voor de fijne tijd Jean-Pierre!

Fantastisches Ferienhaus, wunderschöne Gegend, tolle Vermieter - was will man mehr?!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in Frankreich. Das Haus ist fantastisch, mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir reisen viel und haben die unterschiedlichsten Ferienhäuser in vielen Ländern bewohnt, aber dieses hier ist eines der besten! Leider sprechen wir nicht gut genug Französisch, um eine lockere Unterhaltung führen zu können, aber das war im Kontakt mit Vero und Jean-Pierre überhaupt kein Problem - unser bisschen Französisch, deren bisschen Englisch und ein paar Hände und Füße haben gereicht, um alles Notwendige zu verstehen und mitzuteilen und festzustellen, dass die beiden äußerst sympathische Gastgeber sind! Im Haus liegen verschiedene Infomaterialien zu möglichen Ausflugszielen bereit und auch die vielen Fotografien, die Orte der Umgebung zeigen, haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir dieses wunderschöne Fleckchen Erde in unserer Urlaubswoche umfassend entdecken und erforschen konnten. Sogar das Wetter hat mitgespeilt, wodurch wir auch den riesigen Garten zum Boulespielen und an der Tischtennisplatte nutzen konnten. Kurz: es war eine erholsame, rundum gelungene Urlaubswoche!

Ein wirklich wunderbares Haus!!!

Wir waren schon oft in Frankreich, aber ein derartig tolles Haus haben wir noch nie bewohnt. Es fehlt absolut an nichts. Das Haus ist modern ausgestattet mit allen Elektrogeräten, die das Leben vereinfachen, ausreichend viel Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck. Dazu eine perfekte Küchenausstattung und alles in Top Zustand. Bequeme und große Betten in hellen und freundlichen Zimmern, sehr schöne und saubere Bäder und ein wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer und auf abendliche Sonnenuntergänge. Die Gegend ist unbeschreiblich, sehr beeindruckend sind die gigantischen und riesigen Steinformationen und die Lage ist perfekt für Unternehmungen in alle Richtungen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns zum Empfang mehrere Crêpes und eine Flasche einheimischen Cidre auf den Tisch gestellt hatten. Es waren 2 wunderbare und sonnige Wochen, diesen Urlaub werden wir lange und sehr gut in Erinnerung behalten. Vielen Dank an Madame und Monsieur Teurnier!

Une maison magnifique à proximité de tout

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans cette très belle et spacieuse maison, très propre et idéalement placée à proximité immédiate de la côte de granit rose, du parc du radôme, de Perros-Guirec, etc... soit largement de quoi faire pour toute la famille ! Nos hôtes nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement avec une délicate attention. L'équipement de la maison était optimal pour nous cinq (mon épouse, nos trois enfants et moi-même). En somme, nous recommandons vivement cette grande maison de vacances !

Zuhause im Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes Haus, schön eingerichtet, genug Ausstattung in der Küche, so dass man nicht nach jedem Essen spülen muss (es gibt eine Spielmaschine :-) Man ist schnell (~10 Minuten) bei verschiedenen schönen Stränden/Küsten. Riesiger Garten. Sehr nette Vermieter!

Maison de rêve sur la côte de Granit Rose

Nous avons, cette année encore, passé un super séjour. La maison est authentique, aménagée avec goût tout gardant sa simplicité. Le lieu dispose d'un magnifique jardin où les parties de ping pong résonnent encore.😉 Les hôtes sont d'une disponibilité et d'une gentillesse rare. Zum zweiten Mal waren wir in diesen sehr schönen Haus. Es passt alles. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet, ist sehr ruhig und auch optimal gelegen. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Sehr nette und sympathische Gastgeber! Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Ohne zu zögern, werden wir jederzeit dieses schöne Haus wieder buchen. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Klare Empfehlung!

Magnifique maison

L'accueil à été très sympathique. Les propriétaires ont été à l'écoute, et très disponibles. La maison était grande, confortable et surtout très propre. Merveilleux séjour à PLeumeur bodou

Nous étions des inconditionnels de la Bretagne mais que dire après notre séjour à Pleumeur Bodou chez Jean-Pierre et Véronique. Maison pleine de charme et plus qu agréable à un jet de pierre de sites enchanteurs.Si l occasion nous est donnée nous retrouverons avec un réel plaisir nos charmants hôtes.
