Renovated, independent villa, on one level, sector between two beaches.
Enclosed grounds of approximately 250 m² with outdoor terrace and parking space.
Weekly rental from Saturday from 4 p.m. until Saturday 10 a.m.
Quiet location served by a road for use by residents set back from Avenue de Pontaillac.
Surface 86 m² - Kitchen living room - Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed and separate shower room - sink shower WC
Bedrooms 2 with a 140 cm bed and bedroom 3 with two 90 cm beds and shared bathroom - shower sink.

Great Property

Can recommend this property which is ideally located within a short walking distance of the two main beaches. The property itself is very spacious and very well equipped and the hosts have provided many welcoming gifts on arrival. The property has been well maintained and was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Maison idéale pour des vacances.

Très agréable villa . Bien équipée. Literie de bonne qualité. Emplacement idéal pour la plage et les commerces. Seule la salle de bains entre les 2 chambres est un peu exiguë…..! Nous envisageons d y revenir ultérieurement.

maison ancienne totalement rénovée très proche de la plage de Nauzan séjour très agréable bonne organisation à l'arrivée et au départ nous pensons a priori renouveler cette expérience l'an prochain. A voir en janvier 2022

Avons passé une excellente semaine en famille en Août 2017. Villa très jolie, en parfait état, neuf pour certaines parties récemment rénovées, excellemment bien équipée et parfaitement aménagée. Correspond complètement au descriptif de l'annonce. Située dans une ruelle très calme, elle est également très bien localisée entre les 2 principales plages de Saint Palais qui sont de ce fait accessibles à pied. Contact facile et rapide, avec le propriétaire et son contact sur place. Nous recommandons chaudement cet endroit.

La maison est très bien située. Adorable et agréable à vivre. Les équipements sont parfaits, il ne manque rien et l'organisation (arrivée, départ, etc...) est simple et efficace. La personne de contact sur place est disponible, sympa et très arrangeant. Bref, absolument parfait !

Région extraordinaire tant par ses plages et paysages que par l'offre d'activités (zoo marché etc..

La maison a une situation absolument parfaite a mi-chemin entre les plages de Nausan et Saint-palais a 5mn a pied chacune. On oublie la voiture pendant tout le séjour! Elle est partiellement refaite avec goût et soin et est particulièrement bien équipée par le propriétaire. (Robots vaisselle pince à tourteau etc il ne manque rien!). Tout un nécessaire savons et produits vaisselle huile sel et autres vous attendent a l'arrivée ce qui est particulièrement appréciable. Mention spéciale à l'excellent contact, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la personne de contact sur place!!
